Lia finally left my house and trust me was I happy, my mother gave a one thousand worded essay lecture on why friends are important. When would anyone understand that I'm not depressed, lonely or even shy, I'm a girl who actually loves to be on her own or with snacks and video games, but the world isn't that close to sensitivity yet. I've been thinking about the stuff I heard yesterday, what? You thought I didn't care?, I'm a lone wolf not an insensitive unbothered by life wolf. I didn't tell my mother or father about it, she was too busy trying to gain back ten thousand yen and my father? Uh not every person in two thousand twenty seven is mentally inclined just so you know, I'm not actually planning to tell anybody who knows how much attention I could gain from that, not interested in that at this or any other point in my life.

"Silver, breakfast" oh yeah it's the next day by the way today is uh Friday which I couldn't be more grateful for, I'm not a big fan of school just so you know. I walked down to our dinning room to meet a sulking teary eyed man and a sad regretful woman

"good morning" I said sitting to a delicious plate of pancakes

"what's so good about the morning" my dad said, actually whined

"it's a good morning I mean we woke up and we're healthy" my mom said joining us at the table with an awkward smile

"alive? I might end up dead at the end of the day" my dad said banging his head on to the table, he's going to feel that later

"oww" oh I guess it was sooner than later then

"come on it's not that bad I mean, well I'm going to earn all the money back eventually" oh no that's not why he's sad

"what? Off course you are what? Did you think I would do it?" he asked

"well then why are you acting like someone stole your video game console" my dad's video game console is his most prized possession

"don't you remember what today is?"… I guess she forgot

"urgh today is work overtime day as in we have to work overtime" yeah work overtime day is actually a holiday in my dad's office, that's his bosses twisted yet surprisingly funny sense of fun, off course he isn't working too, he has over a hundred people working overtime, what does he have to do?

"oh that's right uh sorry honey, um I'm sure it's not that bad I mean we all have to go through that at some point" really?

"you work in a web toon/manga company, you get to draw a bunch of pics of cool characters from your imagination and earn even more than I do in an hour how does that compare to do every day" well he's right, if I didn't have any other passions, I would probably take up moms job when I'm done with school, I mean I would get to read all the latest comics before they're even out, does anyone relate the happiness?

"uh think positive honey" my mom said before stuffing her mouth with pancakes, I'm already done eating by now so I'm going to leave them to their problems

"thanks for the meal bye now" I said putting my plate in the dish washer before heading out.

I walk to school and back home on my own most of the time and I enjoyed it

"hey Silver" oh no

"it's me Kira" I thought of increasing my pace but she'll notice, it's about six thirty in the morning so there are only students going to their different schools I can't hide or pretend I can't hear her because it's not noisy like yesterday

"hey I saw in the market yesterday, you couldn't hear me though which was kind of a bummer I thought we could get ramen together"

"I was running some errands" hopefully I get to school faster today

"oh who's that?" she asked pointing at a waving arm as we got closer I almost made a u turn

"hey, yah!, Hello" Annyeonghaseyo, konnichiwa, Ni hao, Bonjour, Namaste , do you need anymore?

"it's me" Lia, really? Why me, why me

"oh Lia what's up"

"I'm good you guys?" nope, I'm not feeling so good at the moment

"I'm good"

"why are you standing here?" I asked

"I saw you guys so I stopped so I could continue with you guys" she said with an aggravating smile, honestly I feel frustrated at this point God help me

"oh that's cool let's go then" so Lia joined us which I wasn't thankful for at all, I'm all about keeping it low key and avoiding too much attention but Lia is extremely loud, Kira Is manageable as she prefers long conversations which I'm not fond of either but I can handle that, I'm a good listener at least so that's good, Lia on the other hand prefers to talk loudly and point at things and people randomly, that I cannot stand. Throughout the walk to school she kept talking about everything she finds really interesting she even went as far as pointing at some other students.

I was seriously praying that something would get me out of this frustrating night mare and for the first time my prayer was answered

"hey Silver" it was Haruto again I'm guessing he wants to make sure I didn't end up telling anybody about yesterday

"H- Haruto?" yeah high school sweet heart

"hey ladies how is your day going" he asked flashing one of his signature smiles

"the day just started" I said

"I always say positive affirmations every day to make sure my day goes great you know?" he says

"yeah m- me too" no you don't

"so do I" actually not

"so I was wondering if I could borrow Silver for the rest of the way" I'm not a thing that you borrow

"off course go on" well thank God I guess

"in that case m'lady" no thank you, I walked forward and through the gate without him

"hey wait" I could hear the girls squealing as he flashed a quick smile

"come on " he said pulling me behind one of the trees

Well I wasn't exactly praying for this but it's better than having to stay with the other two
