Chapter 3 : Eternal Life
“So you here to kill me, ehh? Well then before you kill me I’ll kill you first.”
That manager said while turning his chair to see my face with his face looks very scary. These guy, these bastard. He has a height of 173cm (5,7.32Ft) with a body weight of approximately 95 kg (209.439149 pounds) with a scar on his face, the exact place are on his right eyes covered with his thin beard. He has a crease chin and a slightly lewd look. He’s using a dark pink patterned shirt with a lilac blazer. He use a pink semi-purple capri trousers with his pants hook that looks broken and one of his feet is on the desk. And it looks like he used a pink leather shoes, I don’t know where the pink color come from.
Then after he stands up and try to walk towards me, I see a woman comes out from his desk. With the ropes from her clothes and her bra being untied, she’s running out while covering her mouth using her left hand which when I see through there was a little bit of white liquid. And her right hand are covering her clothes, her hair are disheveled. Then, she left this room.
That guy walk towards me. I’m glaring at him and he stops near one of the box between a pillar, I don’t care about my surroundings, I just focus on him. Not long after that, he clenched his fist and break that box with only one hit. I’m surprised but it don’t makes me feel afraid to him.
“Who is she, the woman that just run away from here?” ask me to him intensely.
“His wife, So what? Are you gonna mad and say ‘how cruel you‘ and acting as a hero?? HAHAHAHA.” He said arrogantly.
When I see that poor guy, he looks like he just cried and his face has so many bruises like he had been tortured. Not only it, his clothes are already damaged and at that time, I see one of his ribs come out of his body but he Is still alive, is it a miracle or it’s just one of the greatness of spirits in this place.
“Ohh, You feel sympathy for him, huh? Calm down, I just hit him with the iron bat. Still haven’t stabbed him with my beloved great sword. And I let him see his wife feel satisfied playing with me MWAHAHAHAH.”
“ Uhh, what do you mean with this ‘playing’ thing?”
“Well actually I knew it! He’s doing ‘it’ with her in front of him so that’s why that poor dude cried on despair. Sad for you dude…” I said on my head with a sympathy feeling for him and close my eyes to describe the feeling of sympathy.
“Haa? Are you playing dumb? Of course having sex with her. And do you know what was that little bitch said? She said that I’m playing better than his husband. Am I kind? Yes? Thank you HAHAHAHAHA.” He said with annoying laugh. My patience already torn apart. I move slowly while hardening my hand that is still holding the knife earlier. But, when I’m walking. His face doesn’t seems to be scared at all… but on the contrary, he is grinning as if to say ‘gotcha’ and suddenly that poor guy say.
“Do… Don’t fight him- he’s too strong… for you, kid. Run whi-le yo-u can.” Then he fallen, and die.
“Yea… you don’t have to fight me! Run while you could do it. But, you will known as a chicken assassin.” That manager said with an annoying face and in a rough tone.
Urghh it really pissing me off! But suddenly, his face and his aura change intensely. On that time, I’ve realise that in this condition I can’t win against that thing because I don’t have any terrible fight experience. But, I know I have to do this. This is my duty, I can’t make my pride destroyed by running from a fight although I’ve always running from reality on that planet and that school. But in this case, I’m feeling that I have to face it, with my bare hand of course and avenge that poor dude. So I drop that knife and then I’m starting to walk towards him. My movement are going faster, and faster. And then, I start running and jump through the table and silently I do the roundhouse kick and it hit him right in the face…
“You little, bastard! Urghh!!! You will pay for what you have done to my face!!!” His face suddenly turned into another face, and it’s the goblin face! But strange. Normally, the myth said that the goblin race characteristics feature are more to green colour.
“Hey, dude. Your face… are you a goblin? Or what? If you’re a goblin why is your face blue and not green?” I said with my finger pointing his face. He suddenly stay awhile and then suddenly laughing so hard and then he said that.
“Yes, I’m a goblin for sure. But not like the ordinary one I’m on the elite class our differences can be seen on the presence feeling power and speed. Also our intelligence, I’m more smarter than those the ordinary goblin!” The spirit surprised because the vessel are fighting the elite class goblin.
“DARN IT, I supposed to be the one against him. Not that boy.” The spirit said.
And then, He Fly with a super speed reaching that room with only three minute. After he reach the highest room of the room, he see the vessel are getting down and then he heard that blue goblin says.
“What’s wrong? Are you tired or maybe the gravitation in here are too heavy for you HAHAHAHAHA!”
“Now then, let me help you to make your body feel light again.”
He jump into the vessel direction while grabbing a sword in order to stab the vessel. When the goblin are trying to stab the vessel. The spirit are shouting “ZEIN!” and then he makes a wind ball below his feet. He touch that wind ball using his feet and then he fly towards the goblin. But unfortunately, he failed. He trapped in that gravitation skill. He try to get up but the gravitation are getting heavier and heavier until he raise up.
“Oopsie, I almost forgot about it. This skill is called ‘magnetic gravity’, I can force the gravitation on this planet to be more heavier than usual. And it doesn’t include me. But instead, I have to use all of my mana and half of my stamina. Well, this skill sometimes can be irritating but very useful for killing so many trash like you MWAHAHAHAHHA.” The goblin said with his face are humiliating both of spirit and the vessel.
“Wait, did you mean magra? If I’m not mistaken this skill has a limit, it can only affects 100 people but it’s excluded the higher castes. And the gravity that can be added from that amount is only 2 times, but when you use it for the more than 2 times gravitation it can only hit two people and the max gravitational weight is 8 times for the races of elite class users. But instead, the first person that are affect by that skill can be release from its effects if the user focuses his gravity on other targets to the maximum extent.”
The spirit said with breathy voice that caused by he weighed down by the gravity. The vessel heard about the explanation of that skill and then he realise that he isn’t affect with the skill anymore. He instantly raise up and then clench his hand while grabbing the knife. He start running towards the pillar on the goblin’s left side and then he makes the pillar as a pedestal to jump towards the goblin. And then.
Srrk! The vessel has just stabbed by the goblin and then the goblin pull his sword from the stomach. The vessel looks very weak and his eyes turns dead.
“ZEIN!!!” The spirit shouted while he feels pain because a shard of the floor he fell into are hurt his shoulder very deep until the shard emerges from the spirit’s shoulder and on more on the thigh.
“Hmph, weaklings.” The goblin said, he cancelling the skill and then walking towards his desk and sit on it.
“Oww, it feels like Galvord’s punch.”
“Bro, no no no no…. stay alive you can’t just die here.”
The spirit panicked and suddenly use his power to heal the vessel. He try so hard but the hole in his stomach won’t close, he give up and crying for awhile. And then, he raise up with his feeling are mixed between angry and sad and a little bit scared and then he’s shouting.
“VANIGRAAD!!! I WON’T FORGIVE YOU! YOU WILL FEEL THE DESPAIR FROM HELL!!!” The wind on that room are suddenly pointing to The Spirit’s left hand and then he are trying to focusing that wind into the goblin’s direction with his palm.
“I WONT FORGIVE YOU. NEVER!”
Along with his anger, grudge and sad feeling. The wind grow stronger and becoming more stronger, the colour of that wind are turning from green into a deep red color. That spirit are just crying, he still remember the good time along with the vessel even though it was very short. And then, suddenly he has a flashback of when he was with the ancestral king, but it only happened briefly. His anger are grow stronger and much stronger along with the wind.
“YOU WILL DIE PATHETICALLY BY MYSELF!”
The wind are stopped to merges and it create a crimson windball. That goblin are try to get out from there but suddenly, a splash of water tie his right hand and the left hand is tied up by a fire rope.
“FEEL MY WRATH!!” The spirit said with a devil look while his hair floated by the wind from the palm of his hand.
“Am I going to die? If I will, then why my body are still warm, and then why is my vision aren’t fading?”
I said along with the wind suddenly comes from nowhere and seems like the wind are pointing into the spirit’s left hand. I see his face are terrible. I stand up slowly and then I pat his shoulder to calm him down saying.
“Dude, your voice are very freakin me out, serious! And…. Can you stop using that face? I’m afraid by it.”
After I said that to him I don’t know why I can’t feel any wind go through the hole on my body anymore. And then I see that goblin face looks very confused like “What happen didn’t I just stabbed him before, why can he still standing up like nothing happened?” Not long after I saw his face the spirit say.
“Shut up! He killed you!!! I will avenge you br- wait YOU’RE ALIVE?!! WHAT IN THE RUFICIA IS HAPPENING HERE?! And.. WHERE IS THE HOLE ON YOUR STOMACH?!!”
I’m surprised because he said that a hole on my stomach are gone and then I start to check it by myself using my hand. I’m touching my stomach right at the point it was existed and strange… I don’t feel the pain like before and then I check it with my own eyes and say.
“THE HELL, SERIOUSLY WHERE IS THE BLOODY HOLE?!! Anyways, you said that you will avenge me? Pfft, don’t make me laugh. I will do it by myself.”
After I said that, then I think why my body could return to perfection, but I can’t remember anything related to this. And then, I’m just remembered that in this world I can use magic stuff but for me. I have to use my own stamina and the cost of using magic with stamina is like double of mana consumption. But, I don’t care I’m starting to pointing my palm hand into that goblin’s head and then I’m imagine that there’s a little ball with a superb pulse in front of my palm hand.
Suddenly a strong wind appears and it pointed on my palm. The green ball that I imagine are suddenly appear in my palm. Quickly I shoot that ball and it hit right onto his forehead.
“W-WHAT?! What the hell are just happening to me?! DAMN IT!!!” It seems he can’t no longer standing arrogantly in front of me. Then, he falls into the floor and then say.
“Y-you making a mistake. You mustn’t killed me, ‘he’ will come after this body turned into bone. And the time limit is 3 hour from now. But maybe- it- is worthy—for my vengeance to both of you, MWAHAHAHAHAHA.” His body are now completely can’t move and then his eyes closed. I’m bravely come towards him and touch his neck. And the result is.
“He’s truly has died. Well, I mean everyone will die if something hard goes through their heads at super high speed.”
I’m muttering while feeling very guilt because I’ve killed someone who unrelated to me and I don’t hold any grudge against him. Besides, I’m just a visitor from another dimension…
“He will come after this body turned into bones…”
That spirit seems are repeating the sentences from that goblin but when I see his face. His face are very serious and looks like he’s worried about who is that he is. He repeat that sentence for 3 times and then.
“DARN IT, IT’S HIM!” I’m surprised because he suddenly shouting and screaming without any reason. I ask him what’s wrong? And then he grab my hand and quickly run from that office. I straightly ask him several questions.
“Hey dude, what’s wrong with that super speed flying thing?”
“And, who the hell is ‘He’ that are you guys talking about?”
He doesn’t answer my questions. Then he stop near a door and looking the situation then he opened the door and pull me inside untill I’m falling into a soft thing. And then, him and then he closed the door.
“Wow what a good bed… wait, bed?”
And then suddenly a pillow landing into my face and then I put the pillow away and I see a girl with a afraid looking face like she looks a devil are trying to do something bad to her. She looks so pity so I try to calm her down by saying.
“Hey, easy. I won’t do something bad to you.”
But when I’m see her armband suddenly I realise this little girl is the one of that zappy Mi’s friend. And then I ask.
“Are you that girl’s friend? I mean the girl with a super lighting speed with a purple hair?”
She looks understand but she don’t say anything. She suddenly move his hands like using sign language. But I understand what does it mean. And then the spirit suddenly say.
“She said yes I’m Michelle’s friend. Who are you? What are you two doing here?”
Then, I spread my right hand to southeast direction then lift it up a bit then twist my wrist three times and put it to my chest while looking down slightly and say.
“Well, that’s relieve. I’m Zein, the new leader from the top 5 organizations and the impromptu Dravistic king who was crowned for no reason.”
“Then, I’m here I’m here to complete a mission from The Scythe which is an assassination mission as you know.”
“The target is the manager of this industry his name is- uhh V-Van-Vani-Vanigra-Vanigrad! Yes, and we have just eliminated the target. Then, what are you doing here?”
And then she make a sign again and suddenly she hug me without a reason. One minute she hugging me I suddenly feeling wet in my chest and I heard a snorting sound with a warm liquid in my chest. The spirit seems to be thinking what was that sign mean and then.
“She said ‘thank you… thank you for saving me from that monster. He almost makes me feeling despair because the harassment. Thank you thank you very much!’ before she hug you.”
“I think there’s nobody out there. Now c’mon let’s move out.” That spirit said while he check the door. He then open the door and run away.
“Hey, you have to follow him. I will escort both of you from those pipes.”
“I will take those bamboo shooters with me.”
“Don’t worry I won’t and I can’t die, because I have an immortal body.”
I said while grabbing her hand and try to pull her up from the bed slowly. She stands and nodding and then she run away. Before she reach the door I heard a voice from nowhere saying.
“Thanks, be careful…”
“…Okay! Thank yo- wait where was that voice come from? Well, okay. I have a task to do.” I jump into the vent. With guilty feeling, I’m beginning to make my move to settle the thing that I start.
Meanwhile the spirit and that girl that just running far from that room then take a break near the door that connected to a new room filled with the corpse of those people that the Vessel slain. The spirit then in a wheezy tone says.
“We should get outta here quickly. C’mon my lo- wait where’s he? Ohh, it’s you where is Lord Zein?”
I said when looking behind and realise that boy are not following me and that girl are just tell me with her telepathy magic that the young boy are going into the vent brought a bamboo shooter to escort us from there.
“I see. Then, we should move fast and get out from here before that beast approaches.”
“What kind of beast, sir? The semys class or the mystical beast one?”
“The semys. And it seems that beast are ordered to hunt down the young boy by him. Ohh yes, what kind of mission do you take until you can enter the room earlier.”
“I received the task of investigating this place and report it to you ASAP. But when I send the report I’ve been kidnapped by the hollow agent and locked inside of that room.”
“How long have you being locked in that room. 2 days? 1 weeks?”
“3 hours, sir. But thankfully I brought my own snacks and then nobody come into that room. And I heard some neuron blast gun sound. But, I don’t think much about it and focus on eating, hehe.”
She smile like nothing happened to her and I’m starting to speak to myself is this child are dumb or what? Then I take a map device small box-shaped with a blunt end and a transparent blue in the middle in my pocket to see our condition and then I look the mirror reflection and in a thickly tone says.
“Uwah… this is bad! We surrounded from two way. Three agents in the front and five agent from the right side. Should I break this floor using the ground breaker? But this kid can’t fly and she don’t have wind element or some flying devices as far as I know. Now then, what will that kid do next.”
And then when I see the map again all of the enemy are being eliminated. It seems that kid are using the bamboo shooter and use some wind elemental style to make the bullet move so fast until it makes a piercing shot. Then we’re going out slowly, But then.
“What the hell is happening. Why there’s so many ice in here? Is this the boy doing? When he mastered the ice elemental. Hmph, I knew it. He’s worthy to be the king of this country. No the king… of this dimension.”
I clench my fist while smiling like a devil behind my mask.
