Two funny twin sisters got themselves in trouble whike trying to secure their future and live the life of their dream. Things messed up when an unknown patient landed himself in Jennifer's hospital and became a trouble to Jennifer and her colleagues. Jane tried to clear her sister's innocence in all the trouble the patient has caused in the hospital but was shocked when she found out about her sister's little secret business with Kate and Isabella.
