“Breath.”
I tried breathing when I heard the command and realized I was telling myself to breath.
I woke still feeling the vampire's arms around me.
“There you are.”
Hearing Zin’s voice I opened my eyes.
“I would have given you warning but I was in fear of you making it worse. Sometimes it is best to face the unknown and move on rather than anticipate it and recoil.”
“Face it my ass,” I coughed trying to sit up on the floor as his arms fell away, “You should have told me what would happen, hitting the bed instead of the floor would have at least felt better.”
I noticed the broken cup and little traces left blood that spilled out.
It made my stomach roll again and I closed my eyes almost passing out again.
“Now, now, stay focused. Hear your breathing, match your aura to its rhythm, it will steady the waves of sickness that will be gone in a few moments.”
