Unsweet Truth

“I don’t have a reason to believe he won’t.”

Zin’s soft sigh echoed around me, “Then that will solve the issue of finding your dearest friend and those that need punishing. Now for the demon issue, when was the last time he partook on invading your dreams?”

“Night before last, if I remember right. He couldn’t manifest himself, just his voice. Kind of like you are, except he didn’t provide dinner and clothing for the occasion.”

I had noticed I was wearing a formal half sleeved dress, all black with red sewn shapes of flowers flowing down the side at my waist. The shoes were red heels, which made me like the look.

“Do you like it?”

I nodded, “Yes, actually I do.”

“Excellent, it is yours. When I come over later, I shall bring it. We will discuss the plan for catching the demon then. For now, I must leave to prepare, and you must get some sleep. Sweet dreams, my lady.”
