Su Fenfeng observed their faces. It didn't look like they were faking it, and so she erupted into a broad smile. She more or less correctly guessed why the men looked elated. 


The men had happy looks because they were informed of the attack on the temple of the Wolf God. The elders were clearly the targets given the nature of the attack. 


Wang Bojing said, "Our spies informed us that the elders had gone into a temple for worship, and they were attacked in the building by a Roman." 


Su Fenfeng's smile died out. She was confused. Her reason was that if Roman forces attacked the elders, that meant the United Nations intervened and trespassed into Chinese territory, which would entail a war between the UN and China. Hence, her desires to govern or have a major stake in Yan Mountain City would be gone with the wind. 


Su Fenfeng asked in a perplexed tone, "Are they sure it was a Roman?"
