My heart jumps to my throat when I catch a familiar scent. 
Why does it appear around me so often these days? 
I turn around looking for the owner frantically but I can't spot them.

"How do you know me?" 
"How can I not?" 
"You're quite popular, I'm not, so I had no idea you'd be into me." 
"I'm not into you. I just like making friends." 
"Yeah sure, like you haven't been practically undressing me with your eyes." 
"I have not been doing that!"

"Yeah, sure. I'll be there after a shower." He says and I smile just listening to his voice. 


"I'll get your breakfast ready." I say softly and he hums quietly. 


"What are you making?" He asks and I hear a closet open on the other side. 


"Probably love, with you." I say and try my best not to laugh. Jim gives me a weird look before resuming to text back Jae. 


"This was a good one, now let me take a shower." He says and I chuckle answering with a 'bye' and disconnect the call. 


"Alright, I'll be off to Jae's. Call me when you get back from your Mom's place or before whenever you want", he babbles on and runs to the door. Probably made some plan with Jae. 


"Take a shower before you guys get to the sex!" I yell behind him and he groans before closing the door and getting into his car. 


I take a shower and put on a thick white sweater and blue jeans with my regular boots before I start making pancakes for Sam.
