Akage Akazawa is the next heiress of Japan's last powerful and wealthy aristocratic family 'The Akazawa clan'. Mysterious, aloof, feared and admired, Akage struggles with a deep denial of her existence with unresolved trauma from her childhood but maintains her sense of obligation.
Things take an interesting twist when Akage encounters a homeless half-Japanese boy who has no memories or attachment to anything but a necklace and a promise.
She names him Shiro.

However, Shiro's mysterious reappearance summon dangerous unknown enemies. The only way to defeat an unknown enemy is to make them known but it comes at a great cost - Shiro must recover his memories and Akage must accept herself.

Red is Violet

They drove around the city, exploring the highways of Tokyo on wheels. Shiro stared out the window, bouncing like a child at anything interesting to him – Akage smiled. 


“You behave like a six-year-old just observing everything, I wonder how you’ll act when we start the main course.” Akage said and Shiro blushed. 


“Sorry, I get a little excited when I see something I like or new places. Everything is so pretty.” Shiro chirped. 


Akage parked the car and they walked to a zoo’s entrance. They stopped at the front desk to buy tickets and the front security offered them wristbands. 


They explored the zoo. Shiro pointed at animals, naming species he knew in English and Japanese and compared them to some of the magical creatures from his favourite anime shows. Akage laughed as he rambled on about the anime. 


“Why are you laughing? Am I weird?” Shiro asked innocently. 


Akage roared. “If I said weird, I would be comforting you.” She replied amused.
