Mr. Saki strolled into the class and his mouth gaped at the broken window and the mess made in the class. He frowned.
“What did you delinquents do to our window?! You devils keep getting worse every session! Last week you set our chemistry lab on fire and now today you’ve broken the window! Why do I keep getting reassigned to the worst set of class E?!” Mr. Saki ranted as he stomped to the teacher’s desk.
He slammed the attendance book on the table, and everyone ran to their desk and sat down. Mr. Saki inhaled and exhaled repeatedly, calming the boiling anger within his mind and gave a croaked smile.
No student moved a muscle.
“I don’t have time to do a roll call so class president, give me names of absent students.” Mr. Saki instructed.
Tanaka stood up and reported, “Ayase-san is absent. Eiji and his friends included.”
Mr. Saki was about to mark them absent when Eiji and his friends, Kisho, and Daiki burst into the class, panting for breath.
