Xuan Yuan was ecstatic as he equipped the Twilight Armor. This was the product of his hard work after all...

After leaving the Lifestyle workshop, Xuan Yuan walked around aimlessly. He had nothing special to do. He cannot challenge the Tier 1 promotion quest yet because he needs to be of level 20 at minimum to challenge it. He didn't have any quest to complete either and he's not interested in grinding monsters.

As he continued walking around aimlessly, a thought struck his mind which prompted him to change direction and instead walked down to a different direction instead...

He stopped in front of the hotel and entered it.

"I want to book an ordinary room for a day" Xuan Yuan said to the NPC manning the reception centre.

"OK the total cost is 50 silver coins"

Xuan Yuan nodded and dropped the amount on the table, took the key, found the room and entered shutting the door behind him.

As he entered, he didn't waste any time and directly sat on the floor, crossed his legs and adjusted himself.

He stuck his index finger forward and the Flame burned on it.

'The Flame is burning' Xuan Yuan thought. 'On Earth, burning only occur in the presence of Oxygen, then is there oxygen in this Realm with which this Flame is burning'

'If Flames are burning with Oxygen, then what about the skills and spells of players, are they burning with Oxygen too?'

Xuan Yuan shook his head and continued. 'There should be something allowing spells and skills to be executed, what could it be?'

Suddenly Xuan Yuan snapped his fingers as he had a flash of realization.

Magicians in this game are the class with the highest damage output in the Realm of spirituality, even more than that of Assassins. Their spells are just like walking cannons waiting to be launched. At lower Tiers, Magicians are not that strong, but once players reach Tier 4, Magicians become terrifying existences capable of obliterating towns with one spell. Their powers become utterly destructive so much that if Tanks were not careful, they will be destroyed.

In the Realm of spirituality, Dragons were considered the symbol of destruction. Once a Dragon even if it it's a Tier 3 Dragon King, destruction follows and even a Team Tier 4 Powerhouses can't successfully slay a Dragon King. Why?

Because, other than their abnormally formidable strength and defense, Dragon Magic is the most destructive ever found. Dragon spells were capable of exhibiting power above their Tier as such, Tier 4 Experts can only dream of slaying a Dragon Emperor.

But, be it Dragons, Magicians or other Magic type classes, the reason for their abnormal power is Mana and their greatest weakness is also mana. This is because, all of their skills and spells require mana to be executed. That's why once the MP of a magician drops to zero and his unable to refill it. He'll just become a fangless tiger waiting to be slaughtered.

But if a Magician is given access to endless Mana, other classes will find it difficult to kill them.

It was not only Magicians, other classes also rely on mana to fight. The only difference is how much they rely on it.

For example, without mana, even sword type skills will not pack enough power. Like Chop and Slash who sends a sword light at target, without mana there won't be any sword light. When Slash or chop is executed Surrounding mana gathers around the sword and assumes the shape of a sword and flies at target.

Surrounding mana are gathered automatically by the system who uses a fixed amount of mana to execute the skill. That's why the power of a skill will remain the same no matter how hard you execute it.

At the thought of that, Xuan Yuan said 'What if I gather more mana to unleash more power?' Xuan Yuan Yuan seemed to comprehend something as he closed his eyes and the scene where he fought with the Red Lava Snake played in his mind. On that day, the Snake had blinded him first and he had to rely on his senses to gain advantage.

At that time, he had sensed some things. For example, when he executed skills, at that brief moment the skill was executed, he felt the control of his body wasn't with him and the skills has been programmed to be executed by the system.

At that moment he felt mana being gathered around him as the skills were being executed which confirmed his hypothesis of mana being crucial in skill execution...
