I opened the front door to see Tori and Lauren smiling at me. Tori was holding two bottles of sparkling cider while Lauren had bags of chocolate. I laughed and hugged each of them, letting them come into the house. I was so excited that they were here and coming to celebrate with me. 


"Thank you all for coming!" I exclaimed. I closed the door and followed the girls into the living room. I didn’t really realize how much I needed time with them. 


"Of course, we aren’t going to miss girls' day and a chance to goof off!" Tori replied. 


Dana took the cider from her and went to the kitchen to open it. Tori followed her, talking about adding sips of vodka. I chuckled. 


"So you’re doing a cute animal theme?" Lauren asked, looking at the magazines on the table. She picked one up and started thumbing through it.
