CHAPTER 36

  Friday

Friday morning, Conor made his way to Dreadnaught Law Firm. Mr. Nuri and the team said they had the office space mostly complete and that by Monday he would be able to start using the space. Upon arrival, Ana was the one to walk him through the new office. They took the elevator to the fourth floor and the doors opened to reveal a long reception desk with sweeping letters illuminated on the wall behind it ‘Volkrizin’.

  “Very impressive.”

Ana walked him to the left, where the hall circled the center of the floor. The entire center area had been converted into three conference rooms with glass walls, and a staff lounge with a kitchen directly behind the elevators. The outer walls were lined with offices.

“Down this hall will be the executive wing. This will be for the upper management, and with your permission, Jarad, myself, and Abby have each designed an office along here. The back corner office is your personal area.”
