FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL PART 2

Its a free period then we will have other two classes after that school will be over . Since its a free period I am sitting on the bench of school ground . Sky is blue and sun is shinning brightly though weather is still cold since its winter . I miss summer . Snow has already melted and left trails of water everywhere .

Serena is playing basketball on her own. And she is wearing grey hoodie and black pant .Like

always she looks good .

" There you are ...", Lucas .

" Serena ...", Lily as she sits on one of the benches besides .

Schools benches are in the garden . And garden has its own basketball court , separated from the garden . Hence I can clearly see Serena playing .

" I also want to play but first I will revise lessons ...", Lucas as he sits besides Lily .

" You are right ... I will also revise lessons . By the way I have prepared a joke on science subjects . ", Lily .

At least she is not scowling at me .

" You should also listen ,M ..." , she told me with strained smile .

I also don't like you that much Lily but why will I waste my energy on hating you .

" You know how different science subjects came into existence :

I am bored . I should go in the basket ball court . Even though I clearly can't do anything because of my useless legs .Oh stop it Myra you are good . You are Myra . And Myra can do anything she wants .

Now I am in the court . Serena is dribbling the ball .

" Hey " , I said .

" Hmmm ", Serena .

And I notice that something is off . She is in a bad mood . You know , I find it weird but even though Serena has a poker face all the time I can clearly sense her mood . I can tell when she is angry , sad , mad and happy which is strange .Anyway , as I follow her line of vision I can sense that she is glaring at Lucas . Oh , I forgot that she is overprotective for Lily .Honestly , both of them are weird. They have this strange dynamics going on .

" Wanna play ...? " , Serena absentmindedly .

Seriously , what is wrong with her ?

" Are you mocking me ? ", I asked in a sheer anger .

Then she took a moment to realise that I can't play because of the crutches .

" My bad ... I have lost my mind . ", Serena .

" I can see that ...", I said .

" Can I ask you something ? ", I asked .

" Go ahead ? ", Serena .

" What do you think about Lily ? I mean what do you feel for her ? ", I inquired .

Then , she remained silent for a while and said : " I want her to be happy. I want her to be away from all the dangers of the world . I wish she would never cry . And if anyone does I will make sure to teach that person a lesson ...", she said while looking intently at the ball in her hand .

As I said weird . These two are so weird .

Finally , free period is over . Now we have to attend communication class . I saw Amara as she was reading her book .

She studying physics I guess . That girl loves to read . I should also take out my books .

" You are back ...? ", Amara .

" Yeah , I am....", I said .

" Do you know what is the difference between distance and displacement ? ", She asked .

" Yeah , distance is a scalar quantity and displacement is vector ...", I answered .

Everyone in our class started laughing because of her and the girl who threw tried to insult Amara was insulted by her . Now that is karma.

Finally , school is over . Here comes Serena to escort me like a princess .

I lock my desk .And keep my books in there while leaving .

" Who is she ? ", Amara .

" Serena ., my bodyguard ...", I said .

" She looks cool ...", she whispers in my ear and walks away .

Why are all people in my life wierd ?

Serena saw me now we are walking side by

side silently .

" Do you want to meet Lily before we go home ...? " , I asked but she shakes her head in disagreement .Thus I don't say anything after that .

We are parking towards the parking lot .

" How do you like it now ? Huh ? " , Someone shouting with anger ..." Why don't you say something now ? "...

Its Amara . Amara is hitting the girl who taunted her while there are other girls surrounding her who are just giggling and among those girls ...I found a familiar beautiful girl wearing black jeans , pink top and high pony tail : Claire .

Oh no , I have told her many times to stop bullying other people . But right now I don' t have mood to stop her .

" Some people never change ...Let us go . ", Serena shaking her head in disapproval .

I am finally home . I head towards my room to get changed when Serena knocks at my door .

" If you don't mind can we study together ? ", Serena .

" Sure ..." , I answer firmly .

So , for next two hours we study quietly . After studying I again start making model for my toy car on the notebook .
