53. SUICIDE

I would never understand how horror movies are meant to entertain people . They supposed to be scary and horrifying . They are supposed to hurt people's mind but how can they entertain people .
I just don't get it . Horror movies these days are not even that scary . Perhaps its because reality has become more horrifying than them . Maybe or maybe not .
My mother loves to watch horror movies . Don't know why but she loves them little too much . That is we here to watch horror movie in theatres . The movie is called ' Silence ' . Its a strange movie . It makes you think about yourself and your surroundings .
AFTER A WHILE : Damn that was very disturbing . My mom is strange .
" I loved it . ", mom .
" Yeah , only you can love those types of things . Only you . ", dad .
" What do you mean ? Now we are going to eat at japanese restaurant . Its going to be fun . ", mom .
We entered in the traditional japanese restaurant . Everything here looks so pretty and beautiful . Oh no , I think I can see a familiar face . Its Amara . I can see her .
" Hi , Myra . How are you ? ", Amara .
What the hell ! I thought we are supposed to ignore each other .
" Hi , Mom , dad she is my classmate Amara . ", I said .
" Just classmate . You are breaking my heart . ", Amara with a pout .
Man , she is bipolar . Like a real psychopath . I don't like to judge people but seriously . She has got issues .
" Yeah , you are right Amara . Every classmate of Yours is a friend . Hi , I am Lily Myra 's aunt ", mom shaking her hands , " He is my husband Rishaan . He doesn't like to talk to people thta much . Why don't you join us to have a dinner ? ".
No , mom . What are you doing ? You are asking a bipolar psycho to have dinner with us .
Oh , snap Amara is looking at me with a sarcastic smile .
" Sure , why not . ", Amara .

We are sitting on green floor with crossed legs in traditional Asian style . Mom and dad are sitting next to each other while I am sitting next to Amara . Amd its very awkward . Very ...
" So Amara . Why are you here ? ", Mom .
"I was just waiting for someone who stood me up . ", Amara .
" That is very bad . ", mom
I notice that Amara is trembling . Like she is very scared or nervous about something . Well , this is something new . I haven't seen her like this before .
" Are you comfortable ? ", without properly thinking I whisper in her ear .
" Ye- Yea- Yeah , I am fine . ", Amara answered with evident tremble .
" Ok ", I answer back .
Well its strange . Why is she so nervous ? Her jet black hair is long and straight . Her brown skin is rough like my pale skin .
Oh no, I am staring at her for too long .
AFTER A WHILE :
We ate our food quietly . No one said anything . Well, its mostly because mom thinks that we should avoid talking while eating . Though we don't follow this protocol most of the time but ---
" Thanks for the dinner . I will take my leave . " Amara .
" You don't look good . We can drop you off . ", mom .
" No ! ", Amara almost shouting in a high pitched voice .
Hence the weekend ended . Now I am going to the bed . Man , I am tired . Why is my phone beeping so much ? Its school's whatsapp group . What are they discussing about ? What ? Someone at our school committed suicide . But why ? Why would someone commit suicide ?
Her picture is on the website . She looks so happy in the picture . Her eyes are gleaming . I remember her . She is the part of student council . I often see her with Jeremy and her friends . She must be the popular girl . About whom everyone is talking .Why would she commit suicide ? Why ? It wasn't like she was bullied.Then why ?
Killing yourself .People usually do it because they can't take it anymore . They kill themselves because they want to cut their lifeline .
Maybe that is what she felt. Maybe she felt frustrated enough to end her life . Her smile was definitely for the show . She might had cried in her heart all the time but couldn't share it with anyone . Maybe she didn't wang to smile for others anymore ,that is why she decided to give up .
I think committing suicide is like declaring war against the world and the God. Its like those who kill themselves tell God that they won't let Him play with their feelings anymore which is why its forbidden and considered as one of the bravest sins in almost all religions . Is it fair ? Is it fair to call people sinners when they kill themselves ? Maybe it is . Maybe because we are supposed to survive in this world . We are supposed to fight against all the odds and live until the very end . Because at the end of the day . Its all because of other human beings that some people decide to kill themselves . And others are never more worthy than their own lives . Whatever , its very frustrating topic . I need to sleep .
Where am I ? Where is this place ? It looks like a grave . Why am I at grave ? What exactly happened ? I am all alone . Sky is very grey .
Wait someone is here . He is digging the earth.
" What are you doing here? ", I ask him .
" Preparing grave for someone . ", the man said .
For some reason I can 't see that man's face . His face is blurry . I can't perceive how he looks .
" Its strange how people are born and die all the time . Don't you think ? " I said .
" Yeah , it is . This world is a strange place . We all try to preserve our lives even though we are bound to lose it some day . ", he said .
" Then why don't we just give it up . I mean there is no point in living if we are bound to die someday . ", I said .
" Well , I think if we are going to lose our lives someday . If our lives are so short then we should try to live our lives to the fullest . We should cherish it and help others to do the same . I think we should try to make our world a better place for all of us around by avoiding to break people's heart . ", he said with a smile.
Life is too short
Let us live lot
It is a gift we should cherish
It is a gift we embellish
Don't waste it for others
Don't hate others
Just be good
And give it others ...
