Hazel was more than happy to leave the boutique. As soon as her shift was over, she went straight to the change room, picks up her things and strolled out of the bottle with a sigh.
Who knew how fast time goes by when you're not looking forward to a particular event? She wasn't so excited about the date she had that evening and to see how few hours she had till her date.
RINA!!!
Hazel wanted to pull her hair out in frustration. She didn't want to do this. She hated it.
Yes, the guy in question is a charmer, yes he sent her lovely flowers last night.
Shoot!
She forgot to put them in a case and water them..!4)!+++!!!!!!!!!!qqà11qqqQ
"Something has to be done about your memory Zel. A major surgery."
Hazel stood in front of the store, watching thunder flash and the weather change drastically.
And she wasn't with an umbrella.
Just great!
How is she going to get home now?
On a normal day, she would have hurried towards the club and tried to prepare for the evening.
They had to clean the club, stock the fridge, wipe the tables and all that vigorous stuff.
The club was way too concerned about its hygiene. It isn't some hospital that would receive sanctions for hygiene.
Hey, she wasn't against cleaning the club or anything but….It was like a priority…
A droplet of the water lands on her forehead; she had better find somewhere to protect her from the rain.
"I hope you don't mind"
Hazel turned at the voice, standing face to face with the person who just left her thoughts not no long ago.
Hazel glanced around to see where he'd walked out from. She would have noticed if he were nearby or even far away.
She had quite an amazing vision by the way.
Jason was right in from of her, holding out an umbrella with a small smile on his face.
"Are you stalking me?" Hazel asked
"You're going to get wet," Jason said.
Hazel took a cautious step towards him and like a magic word, the rain poured down lightly but enough to make her clothes soaked in a matter of seconds.
"How did you find me?" Hazel asked.
"I'll answer your questions if you let me get you out of the rain first. I don't want you to catch a cold"
Hazel arched her eyebrow in question.
"Please" Jason offered with a smile.
Hazel glanced at the Royce Rolls parked right in front of the bouquet which was a few steps away.
"How am I supposed to trust you? You showed up at my workplace…"
"It was included in your profile, as well as your home address"
RINA!!!
Zel wanted to yell in frustration.
"I…I'm sorry" she apologised
Jason smiled
"Shall we?"
What could go wrong? This hot looking guy offered her a ride home In his luxurious car. And if she turns him down, she's going to be stalked here for who knows how long under this harsh weather?
The driver got down from the car and handed the key to Jason.
Jason led her to the car, a warm air welcomed her as she settled in the luxurious ride.
Jason joined her in the front seat by the driver's seat.
"Where to Milady?" Jason asked
Hazel didn't want to ruin anything. Rina is just trying to help but Jason is being so…
Nice.
She was uncomfortable with him showing up like this and offering her a ride. She barely knew him and here she is seating in the car with him.
Where are your manners Zel?!
"Do…you want to tell me something?" Jason asked a bit worried
Zel, just say it! If he's going to leave because you spoke your mind then this was never meant to be in the first place.
"Iàt's…strange. Showing up at my work, sending flowers over to my house….I bearly even know you"
Jason stared at Hazel in silence. What is going on in that head of his?
"You've…Never done this before?" Jason asked with a charming smile on her face.
"Done what?"
"You've never tried a dating site have you?"
Hazel glanced away from him, trying to clear her throat.
"Really?" Jason asked
"I've been on a blind date once" Hazel defended
Jason nodded
"Well, the site you registered on sends you mails and suggestions to make you and your match work out" Jason offered in seriousness.
A knock came on the windows, a man dressed in a uniform stood by Jason's side of the window with a stern look on his face.
"Your car is parked in the wrong lane," Hazel pointed out.
"Says, who?" Jason winked
The man hits the window more violently this time. The man was fuming in rage as he could see that Jason was ignoring him.
"Can you attend to him? Or will you at least drive out of here?" Hazel asked
"I can't "
"Why not?"
"Your eyes.. they are so amazing," Jason said mesmerised
Hazel was caught up in the charm, it was like the man by the window no longer exist.
His eyes…a lovely shade of grey. She could stare into those eyes all day.
"HEY!!" The man yelled in annoyance.
"Jason" Hazel called as though to snap out of the trance.
"Sh*t" Jason swore, his eyes wide open. He looked so cute.
"What?" Hazel asked in shock
"The way you called my name. Jason…d*mn!" Jason winked at her with a smile.
"If you don't attend to him, I'm going to get out of this car" Haz threatened.
People were starting to glance in their direction and a few other men were walking toward the car.
What is going on?
Jason rolled down the glass and glared at the man.
"Is something wrong?" Jason asked in a cold voice.
The man was visibly shaken in fear. He took off his hat and bowed his head in shock.
"I…I'm…my. .my apologies..s…sir" the man stammered
Jason rolled up his window and faced Hazel with a smile.
"Shall we?" He asked with a smile.
What just happened?!
