Hazel felt like she'd elevated into another dimension. It was like she was dancing in a world of stars and all she could think of was him…

The kiss got even deeper, wrapping them both in each other's warmth and embrace. Vincenzo lifts her off the ground, her thighs around his waist as his kisses got deeper and hungrier.

It was like telling her how he would take her with every stroke and movement. His fingers dug into her thigh as he spread his warm kisses over her neck and that secret spot that seems to make her moan even louder. He ran his fingers over her thighs, lifting her uniform just a bit more.

How could he forget such smooth and soft skin? And that the way she threw her head back as pleasure washed over her….

How could he stop now? When they were both in this world where nothing else matters?

The little part of him that seems to be sane would be grateful for any distractions right now but the larger part of him wanted to go.

How he misses her!

The silent gasping for air seemed to please him, pushing him to his very limit. The way her fingers tightened in his hair, and breathing hitched….

His phone went off, startling the both of them to reality. Vincenzo leaned his head on hers, trying to catch his breath. He drops her to the ground ever so gently, his eyes still hooded with pleasure. He took a step back, pulling his suit in place with one tug at its base.

"Don't ever go against my instructions again Hazel. Do we have an understanding?" He asked.

Without waiting to hear her reply, he pulled out his phone to receive the call. Hazel wants to know if she'd imagined the whole thing or if it happened.

In a matter of seconds, her entire body was fired up. Not that it was weird but the way her body had reacted to him was highly unexpected! It was like her body was waiting for just one touch and that was it!

Hazel took to r leave, not sure what to make of what just happened. She had no idea when she arrived at the kitchen but she did, looking a bit excited about what had just happened.

How could she feel happy about this?! She just made out with her boss!

In his room!

And one phone call was all it took for him to act like a stranger. And that part where he'd read her mind…

But did he? She could have muttered it all out without realising.

For goodness sake! She could bearly think straight when he moved closer to her.

"What happened Zel? I heard he called you into his room?'" Chole asked, walking Hazel onto the pantry for some privacy.

Hazel wasn't sure if she could tell Chole the whole truth. Her friend would freak out and that would only make things even worse!

"Hazel? What happened? Talk to me" Chole urged.

"Nothing. I'm just a bit dazzled that's all. And he was loud. My ears are aching badly" Hazel informs

Chole examines Hazel with sceptical eyes, she clearly isn't saying something….

"You know you can always tell me anything right?" She asked

Hazel sighed and pulled Chole into a warm embrace. She had to admit how confused she was about what was happening to her.

"I'll be fine. I promise" she muttered

Simi steps away from her.

"Come on! We have dinner to supervise!" She offered Chole a smile.

Hazel took charge in the kitchen checking out all the meals they had prepared and run a taste check on every side dish.

She needed to clear her head and the best way she could be to pour her energy into her work without holding back.

That would be her only escape route. She's seen too many things in her life, questioned way too much and there never seems to be an appropriate answer to them.

An hour later, dinner was served and Hazel did well in excusing herself for the night. She'd told whoever Vincenzo might ask to inform him she wasn't feeling too well.

Not feeling too good?

She was embarrassed! After that mouthwatering moment in his office, she wasn't about to stand there and pretend nothing happened.

Hazel turned the tap on, allowing the warm water to run down her body. She felt relaxed and a bit relieved.

The only sound she could hear was the constant sound of water hitting the marble floors.

How much she would love to lie down in bathtubs and have water run over her, with bubbles and sweet-smelling fragrances.

Her hair which was tied up in a bun fell to the length of her back. The lights in the bathroom flickered momentarily.

Hazel froze in fright, not sure what was happening. Her heart pounds in her chest as she takes a moment to look around for anything strange.

"Hello?" She called

No reply.

For some reason, she could feel someone was in the bathroom with her but she couldn't see who.

Like he was right behind h...

Hazel turned.

Rows of shower heads and nothing mo...

Hazel couldn't take this anymore, her breathing was coming out even faster this time. It's only a matter of seconds before her knees grow weak and then collapse underneath her.

"Who's here?" She asked again, more fairy this time.

No reply.

Hazel turns off the tap and grabs her towel in a hurry. She wore her bathrobe in a matter of seconds, gripping tight her Pepper spray in her purse.

She never goes anywhere without her purse with her inhaler, Pepper spray and lip balm.

Hazel froze as she picked faint footsteps, one step at a time. It got even louder with the passing minute.

Hazel held onto her Pepper spray, tip toe towards the entrance and leaned her body on the marble, standing directly in front of the shower head.

The footsteps got closer and so did the speed of Hazel's heart raced wildly in her chest that her breathing came out heavy

Hazel heard silent whispers of inaudible nonsense gazing through her ears like sharp swords.

For some reason, she could pick a few words from the passing wind but could recall what she heard a minute later.

"A Miller"

The shower heads burst open, water poured heavily on her. Hazel gasped in shock as she stepped away from the shower. She realised her hand had turned the knob by mistake.

"To hell with her!!"

Another angry whisper.

Hazel could swear she just saw water sip into the bathroom from underneath the door filling the whole room up with water. Hazel couldn't move.

Her feet were stuck to the ground and the water was rising incredibly at a high rate. She yelled for help but her voice was beyond audible.

She tried to move, tears in her eyes as reality dawned on her. Is sly going to die? Is sly going to drown and what the heck is happening to her?!

The water soon caught up with her, immersing her fully underneath.

Is that it?

Can someone tell her this is just some dream!!

Somebody.

Anybody!!

Hazel's eyes snapped open. She was in her room on her bed.

The chatter around her got louder with the passing minute and soon, she was sitting up, examining where she was.

"Hey, you're up. You must have been really tired" Chole asked in worry

What on earth happened?

She was in the bathroom…drowning…

One glacé at her bathroom hanging by her hook by her on the wall said something else.

She must have fallen asleep and dreamt about the whole thing.

"I had the weirdest dream" Hazel chuckled

"You must be bumped. Why don't you take the day off tomorrow? You can have a well-deserved rest"Chole advised

Hazel couldn't imagine being alone once more. She felt like she'd imagine or dream the unthinkable again.

Is she really fine? Should she go see her psychiatrist again?

The last time she had such wild dreams and imagination was after her father's death.

Countless times, she was found screaming in the bathroom and shaking terribly by the school counsellor.

Her mother had to book her an appointment when her episodes got worse. After three months, she got better and that was the end of it.

But it was happening to her now….

She thought she had encountered those things because it was triggered by loss.

But now, she didn't lose anyone…

And those whispers?

To hell with her?

What on earth is that?

"I'm okay. I'll be fine by tomorrow morning" Hazel assured

"If you have the energy, Orna made a discovery of her own in the secret room. Prepare to listen to her go on and on about her discovery" Chole laughs

"I'll be glad to hear it" Hazel assured

Whatever is up with her, she had better call her psychiatrist and fast…
