Clouds were rolling in as the sun began to set. Eva wore a heavy fur cloak with pieces of red hair poking from the hood. Arryn was dressed similarly, with his blue hair in a ponytail.

Tears were welling up in Eva's eyes, "Please, why must it be you who goes?"

Arryn hated seeing his wife so broken, "I wish I could say no, but it's my family's duty. Our Queen's a widow and needs a safe escort back home."

Eva rubbed her belly, feeling the little one moving, "But France?”

Arryn reached for his wife's hands and held them close to his chest, "I should be gone only a fortnight. I'll be here for you before our child arrives. I promise my Luv."

"Forgive me, but I feel like something is off. I'm worried. Can't your cousin go in your stead?"

"He will be with me. It's our duty," Arryn wished he could stay, "Stay with my parents while I am away.”

"I will go there tonight... but I really wish you wouldn't leave," Eva’s eyes teared up.
