"Nash darling, long time no see" Zoey kisses Nash's cheek. 

I feel the need to pull her by her hair. We might not be official but that doesn't mean he can give his attention to other women. He brought me here I'm supposed to be the center of his attention. 

"How are you?" Nash smiles.

Like dude I'm still here and I've got nowhere to sit.

"I've been great. We should catch up later tonight" Zoey runs her claws down his hard chest. 

I think I'm gonna puke if he takes her up on her offer.

"Um-" he tries to say but she cuts him short.

"This is your secretary right?" Zoey points at me. 

"Hi" I force myself to wave at her.

Claire thought Nash was attractive but weird since day one. She'd catch him staring at her as if day dreaming about her. At first she thought he was a creep but his smile only made her heart race. She thought maybe he just likes me but out of nowhere he becomes this demanding mean boss who sleeps around which further complicates their work relationship.

 Just one kiss is all it takes to change things between them. She knows he's not the type to commit but for the life of her she can't seem to shut down her attraction for him and he uses that to his advantage. They do the cat and mouse game on a daily basis and as much as she loves the attention she knows it's not gonna last. Each day she knows she's losing the fight to resist him and that he's not going to give up till she's his. Her mother thinks she should quit her job and her best friend thinks she should avoid him and she's torn not knowing what step to take. 

Unknown to her there is a reason Nash hired her for that very job and when she finally discovers it she wants nothing to do with him. Will he be able to keep her from cutting ties with him or will he go the extra mile to make sure she doesn't distance herself.

No More Chasing The Wind

I'm laying on the bed texting Jeanie and she's updating me on our plans later on. She's offering to take me to this party the blond guy from the mall invited her to. According to her she wants to cheer me up. I'm not into parties or whatever but I'm in need of some cheering. I'll take whatever she's offering since she refuses to watch sappy movies binjing on junk food. Tossing my phone on the bed I open my sticker covered closet. What I love cute stickers okay. 


I pick out a pair of black leather leggings and a white chiffon blouse for the day. I got to look like someone going to a meeting though all I got planned is a night with Jeanie and people from her circle. Deciding that the outfit looks too boring I pick out a pair of neon pink heels and matching sunglasses. When I have minimum makeup on I grab my bag and start to leave. 


I pause at the kitchen entrance where my parents are having breakfast "Morning dad" 


"Morning princess. Are you joining us in church today?" dad asks. 


GAME ON
