The woman got the call as predicted, which made her grin from ear to ear, as she knew she was going to reap a lot of benefits and money from this entire ordeal.

"It's time for you and your troops to step in," Tiwana said.

"I know. Wonder why you didn't call us earlier; besides, I'm pretty sure Becker told you to do so around 8 minutes ago."

Tiwana grimaced. How could she know that? There must have been someone spying on them, which was one of the reasons he didn't want the mercenaries to join the defenses.

"When can you gather your troops?"
