Chapter 4: Sleeping Fox
I was level 10 and I got another pop-up message for evolution...

I now definitely wanted to evolve, I was sure that if I wanted to help the beastmen from being treated as slaves, I needed to get stronger to ensure I was ready. Being complacent is a big mistake if I really was going to resolve myself, then I am willing to get by any means of getting stronger. As I decided to evolve again I would fall asleep again so I made a semi-permanent settlement in a nearby forest.

「Nameless is now evolving from Low-Ranked Spirit Fox Girl to High-Ranked Spirit Fox Girl.」
As I fall asleep the last thing I heard was the voice saying that evolution was complete,
「Evolution complete, Nameless will now fall asleep due to the amount of energy used to evolve.」
Once I fell asleep, it was different from the last time. I had fallen into a deep coma last time, unable to think, but this time I was in a void, I guess you can call it a white room. There is nothing here but everything was here, the last time I had been in this white room was when God had given me a chance to reincarnate. It was a good memory but as I was reminiscing, a silhouette figure presented itself.
"It's been a while, Yuki Tanaka."
I put my guard on and stood up regaining my footing, "Who are you, are you the one that reincarnated me?"
"Yes. It is me, God."
"Why did you decide to reincarnate me?"
"I wanted the soul that was you, to reincarnate because it would seem interesting. You see, you have a special soul. A soul that wants to grow, to advance and gain more."
"I'm... A special soul?"
"Exactly, you as a soul want to grow. It is rare for a soul to decide it wants to grow that much. It felt like a waste reincarnating you without your past life's memories"
"So... Like I was calling out that I wanted to grow?"
"Yes, but you are truly an incredible soul. One who will help others without compensation, rather than a burden. You said you were selfish? No... You were just not contemptuous of your life, you decided that you wanted a full life. You wanted to grow, to sprout in a metaphorical sense."
"But... Isn't that just still being selfish?"
"Yes but no, well if you really want to help another person I am willing to give you an offer."
"What? An offer..?"
"Exactly, the offer is if you want to help the beastmen you must eradicate all of the sinful humans. Kind of like a villainess. I will give you the power to do so."
"But why kill humans? Isn't it morally wrong?"
"Humans have been going behind my back recently, a few centuries ago the Humans declared that beastmen were nothing more than slaves, because of an attack on all of the beastmen tribes they have been on the brink of getting wiped out. On the other hand, humans have been multiplying too rapidly. So please, consider this offer."
"I understand, but you mentioned the beastmen were almost wiped out?"
"Yes, pureblooded beastmen are far and few now. Crossbreeding with the races has been a common occurrence since the declaration. The human nations have declared that the beastmen have no rights and are not guarded by law. That means there have been more rape and violence against the beastmen."
"That's terrible! Does that mean the beastmen were giving birth to half beastmen and humans?"
"That is correct, it means their strength has been cut in half. Humans now have the upper hand in population and power. There have also been deviants in humans who have broken their limits, leading to immense power. The deviants are called 'Heros' because of how much power they wield."
"Heroes? So am I going to oppose those heroes?"
"Exactly, but in your current state you won't stand a chance."
"Wait even when I have this many attributes? Do they have more attributes then?"
"No, they do not have as many attributes as you but they can put up a fight with attributes alone, instead they have more powerful skills."
"Oh so attributes are not just what you need to fight but skills are also a factor.."
"Yes exactly, If you want to beat them then you would need more skills. The skill 「sr∆ d=✓」Do you know of it?"
"That weird-looking skill? No, I haven't even activated it nor know how to."
"It is outside the system, but once I reimburse it back to the system, you will have started your contract to eradicate sinful humans."

"I have now given you a choice whether or not you will kill them, the humans will eventually become too strong and destroy the world."
If I accept it, that means my humanity will disappear but it is for a noble cause. It can't be helped whether the world gets destroyed or not because humans are up to me. It is a moral dilemma that I have to face. If I don't do something then there won't be any humans either...

"You chose the right choice..." As I regain consciousness in the real world the last thing I hear was God saying that I have chosen the right path to take... But that path is a gruesome one and it might be painful. I don't think any was the right choice, but if I didn't choose any it would be worse if I had chosen an answer.
As I woke up and open my eyes it was already winter, the trees that were full of leaves now have none and the trees that were evergreen were filled with snow. I have now evolved into a High-Ranking Spirit Fox Girl. I should check my status if I had gained more power and the skill that was supposed to be reimbursed.

The user can block appraisals or show fake information if the user's stats are stronger than the individual appraising the user, it will completely block the appraisal, but if the user's stats are not stronger it will display fake information. The stronger stats are, the more real information is revealed about the user.
「Ultimate Claws LV.MAX」- An evolved version of Sharpened Claws. The beast user's claws harden and sharpen 1000-fold when the skill is activated [MP COST: 0]
「Divine Earth Magic LV.MAX」- The user can now use the highest possible Spiritual Earth Magic spells. [MP COST: 100]
「Super-sonic Speed LV.6」- An evolved version of Speed. The user's speed is boosted by 600% [MP COST: 0]

Most of my abilities have either evolved or maxed out, and even the skills that have maxed out have evolved. 「sr∆ d=✓ LV.?」has also turned into the skill Snow Empress which is really overpowered! It literally gives the user complete control of the weather in a 5-mile radius. And also the 「Wisdom God Athena」? Wait... so it has all of the information about the world? Can I find anything about what a hero is?

Oh... All of that information, so it does really have all of the knowledge about the word! I wonder what I can do with all of this information. Firstly, I would need more kin since the number increased to a maximum of 1000 kin and I only need 1% of my mana to create one. As I create the maximum amount of kin which takes me about a day to do, I order once again my kin to hunt to evolve, eventually, half of my kin have evolved and unlocked the skill 「Human Form」. The Sleeping Fox Organization is officially finished and we are planning training with the help of my skill 「Wisdom God Athena」.

Reports of a mass amount of monsters disappearing and monster attacks happening less often, unknown cause.
The Adventurer's Guild has been investigating the anomaly requested by the royalty. Why are monsters getting eradicated? Is it a new ancestor? Some speculate but we have gotten proof that a new ancestor has been born in the country. The threat would be Catastrophe-Ranked if the ancestor and its kin have over 10000 attribute power, if it's only over 1000 attribute power, it would still be enough to devastate a country. The witnesses have seen a 3-tailed white fox, a new species easily killing ogres and hobgoblins all over the country. This is a crisis on a different level and other nations have been planning in secret to avoid a catastrophe befalling the human race. All of the other dangerous ancestors have been eradicated by humans and only intelligent beings like goblins, dwarves, elves, beastmen, humans, and other non-intelligent animals not considered a threat remains.
The preparation is almost ready and we have gathered all of the heroes available and battle ready. We plan to first locate the new origin ancestor and kill it then eradicate its kin
"Are yall ready already? We're getting impatient here! I don't want to wait and sit around not fighting that stupid fox!" A man of high stature, burly beard, and muscles known as the brute hero known for his incredible strength says,
"We are still preparing, please wait a little while and wait until we locate the fox ancestor."
"What!? You haven't even found that stupid fox yet?"
"Yes. Please wait a little while longer."
"Argh... Fine! Have it your way!"
Honestly dealing with these heroes is a pain in the ass, they have massive egos because they are substantially more powerful than even some ogres. They expect everything to already be done and are way too impatient!
Most of the heroes that rely on their strength are complete muscle-heads, they just rush into battle and it actually works because of their stupid powerful strength.
"Sir, how much longer are we waiting?" A bishoujo, a beautiful lady with crimson-red hair says,
"Until we locate the fox."
If this woman wasn't so muscle-brained she'd be a knockout, her beautiful face is wasted because she is a warrior. I'd like to marry this woman if she wasn't an idiot, I mean anyone would agree.
We get reports 1 week later and we locate the fox, it is living in a cave near a city, and we get ready to move...

It seems like my location has been exposed since more people are coming near the forest and scouting it out, all of my kin are now evolved into low-ranked fox girls and 10 of them are even high-ranked and we can finally move to the capital and set base there, all of my kin have around 9000 agility so we can go at 180mph and we shortly arrived at the capital, all of the total 1000 kin now has the skill 「Human Form」so we can get into the capital but it would be too suspicious to go in all at once so we use our claws to climb up a part of the wall covering the capital, I didn't sense any guards nearby with my 「Clairvoyance」so we climbed up and eventually crossed to the other side of the wall.
There we entered the slums, filled with the smell of sewage and feces it's smell reeked more because of our canine noses. We had to endure and I make a secret passage using my 「Earth Magic」big enough to fit 1000 of us. The tunnels were 25,000 square feet which was leading to different spots in the capital. We now had tunnels spanning the whole area as well as traps that have a faint scent so my kin can avoid them and escape tunnels leading to the forest surrounding the capital.
We will now launch our first attack using the 5 highest ranking of my kin to infiltrate a noble's house who was known for having dealings in the slave market. We enter his villa with ease using our 「Stealth」and my 「Stealth Master」skills.
The noble was in his basement when we entered the villa and found him sexually abusing his slaves. We reveal ourselves and the noble startled says,
"Wh-Who are you!?"
"We are of the Sleeping Fox. Your actions have been deemed sinful and therefore, we will execute you in this spot."
"Ho? You filthy beastmen think you have a chance against me! I have over 500 attribute power!" The noble says while smirking,
I dash to his back at a speed of Mach 3, to his eyes it looked like I teleported to his back.
"You are now going to be executed." I slice his throat with my nails using my skill 「Ultimate Claws」and he immediately dies.
The beastmen slaves are terrified and speechless at what they just saw, that was obvious since that was the first time they have probably seen someone get beheaded. It is a natural reaction but I cut their collars but they didn't move an inch.
"You should escape before the guards come here." guiding them back up and exiting the villa.
The other beastmen reluctantly followed me but didn't say a word, maybe they were still frightened but I didn't mind it that much.
On the next day, the death of the noble was announced and the people were shocked he was so easily killed because he had over 500 attribute power.
For the next few weeks we were targeting nobles over the capital but the nobles now had personal guards at all times since the noble killings were getting more frequent it was futile since we immediately kill the guard once we enter the rooms.
