they ran as fast as they could toward the Guild building, Loki calls the Pixie race by using a portable sound crystal that he always brings in certain emergency situations like this, Loki gave out instructions after informing them that the invasion of the warmonger Trolls has already ended, to observe the guild surrounding area leading toward the training hall, hundreds of Pixies who were associated with the Royal Guild Branch in the Ivlares city came out from their respective hiding place and followed what the manager instructed them to do,

Loki was the first one to get to the guild back storage area, as he open the underground doorway leading downward to the training hall, Alpha just ran toward it and didn't even look back as she push the door and just entered the training floor,

at that moment Earl Reeve Gallien personally came and explained why he wasn't able to personally help, but assured the Viscountess he sent out his guild mages under Loki's command, Loki confirmed this and was happy that the Earl was able to support the City protection, with this information the Viscountess Hilas saw that they were both aware of the current situation and they are extending their willingness to offer their help for free,

the Viscountess asked Loki if he can lend his portable Sound crystal so she can verbally give out her Official decree, and cast a certain spell so that her voice will connect with the same frequency on the city alarm siren all over the city so every population of less than a million mixed residence could hear her Official Decree.
