Chapter 50
Link, Hope, and Morgan walked over to the big Zora wearing a cape and a crown and stood in front of him, however, the Zora who had a Royal air around him, was speaking to himself "Oh, my dear, sweet Princess Ruto... where has she gone? I'm so worried?...".
Seems like this Zora was too distracted worrying about someone called Ruto, so the kids decided to leave him alone for now and look around Zora's Domain for clues about the Spiritual Stone.
So, they looked around everywhere! spoke to every Zora around and even turned every Stone in Zora's Domain -which netted them quite a bit of Rupees- eventually, a Zora who was swimming around told them how he had seen some sort of bottle drift on the water and go inside a hole underwater.
Since this was the only clue they had, the kids swan to the bottom of the lake on Zora's Domain and then went through the hole they found in the bottom of the lake.
They ended up somewhere in another giant lake and they found the glass bottle the Zora had mentioned not too far from the hole they found at the bottom of the Zora's Domain lake.
Morgan grabbed it and the kids soon surfaced so Link could take a breath, Link gasped and shook his head, while the girls just floated on the water beside him.
Morgan then took the the glass bottle they found out of the water and noticed a note inside, curious about the note, Morgan opened the bottle and took it out to read.
The note said.
[Help me.
I am waiting for you inside
Lord Jabu Jabu's belly.
-Ruto.
PS: Don't tell my father!].
Morgan frowned "Ruto... didn't that big Zora with the crown and cape said something about missing someone named Ruto?".
Hope nodded "Yeah... so that must make him Ruto's father... but she asked not to tell him about the note, what should we do?".
Link hummed and floated in the water while he thought over what to do, in the end, he nodded and pointed at the part about not telling her father in the note.
Hope tilted her head understanding what Link wanted to do "You want to tell him?".
Link smiled and nodded, Hope smiled back and gave him a nod in return "Well, I think Daddy would like to know where we are if any of us would ever go missing, so yeah, your right, we should tell him".
Morgan nodded in agreement "Yeah! Plus he might know where this Jabu Jabu is, or what it is! So we can then go save Ruto!".
Link smiled and nodded, with that decided the kids then dived back down into the water and swam through the hole again.
A few seconds later they arrived back at Zora's Domain and walked straight to the crown and cape-wearing Zora, they found him where they last saw him, still muttering to himself in worry, Link quickly took out the note and showed it to the big Zora.
The Zora looked at it and soon snapped out of it when he recognized the handwriting "Ho, this letter! It's from Princess Ruto!".
Link nodded, Hope then floated the note to the big Zora so he could read it, he quickly took it and began to read the note "Hmmm... let's see... she's inside Lord Jabu Jabu? That's not possible!
Our Guardian God, Lord Jabu Jabu, would never eat my dear Princess Ruto! But since thy stranger, Ganondorf, came here, Lord Jabu Jabu has been a little green around the gills...".
The kids frowned at the mention of Ganondorf, Morgan even growled "That guy again?... I'm going to break his knees...".
Hope sighed and nodded in agreement to Morgan "Yeah... Ganondorf just keeps getting more and more annoying, to the point that I want to smack him one... really, really hard".
Link and the big Zora, who actually seems to be the King of the Zoras, sweatdropped and felt bad for Ganondorf, evil as he might be, but the way Morgan and Hope said all of that, sounded very painful.
King Zora gulped and then said "Er, t-the evidence seems clear, of course, you'll go find Ruto, you can pass through here to the altar of Lord Jabu Jabu.
I'll keep this letter, you keep the bottle it was in, take it respectfully! but please find my dear Princess Ruto immediately!".
King Zora then slowly move to the side while making some weird croaking sounds, which made Hope and Morgan laugh, they both thought the way the King of the Zoras moved and made that noise was hilarious.
Link smiled seeing his friends laughing merrily, while the Zora King smiled, he didn't mind that the girls laughed, since he does the same thing to make Ruto laugh as well.
After that fit of laughing, the kids then jumped into the opening King Zora revealed and then ran through the hallway behind the King and followed it outside.

~Zora's Fountain~
The kids came out to an enormous lake, right in the middle of the lake, by some kind of altar, was a massive fish-like creature, it looked like a very big whale, the kids couldn't help but gape at it in surprise, especially Link, who has never seen anything like it before.
Morgan ran to it and immediately began to pet its snout "Whoa! Is this the Jabu Jabu! He's massive! Wow!".
Hope walked over to Jabu Jabu and then stood beside Morgan "You have Mr. Godzilla as a personal summon and this amazes you?".
Morgan nodded "But Hope! He looks cool!".
Hope giggled at her sister in all but blood and shook her head in amusement, despite having seen a lot of things, Morgan was still able to get excited about things like these, it was honestly an amazing and endearing thing about her.
Link walked over as well and looked at Jabu Jabu in awe, Hope smiled at her friend and then said, "Jabu Jabu has a small spark of divinity, sort of like the Great Deku Tree, no wonder the Zoras think Jabu Jabu is their god".
Morgan and Link nodded, Morgan then hummed as she continued to pet Jabu Jabu "But how do we go inside it? I'm sure Ganondorf did something to poor Jabu, and we still need to rescue Ruto as well...".
The trio then began to think about what to do, when suddenly Jabu Jabu opened its jaw, giving access to his insides to the kids, Morgan smiled when she saw this "Oh! Looks like he wants our help as well!".
Hope smiled and nodded "Seems like it, well! Let's go and save both Jabu Jabu and Ruto!".
Link and Morgan nodded and then the kids rushed inside Jabu Jabu's jaw.

~Inside Jabu Jabu~
Once Morgan, Hope, and Link walked inside the open jaws of Jabu Jabu, he closed them and the kids looked around, though they were immediately attacked by a pair of octoroks, Link killed one with his fairy slingshot and Hope shot the other one with her gauss pistol.
Morgan however looked up when she saw something white in the roof of Jabu Jabu's throat, she then pointed at it "Link, can you hit that with your slingshot?".
Link nodded and immediately shot it, the white-like fleshy button immediately retracted upon impact and some sort of pink fleshy membrane opened for the kids.
Link raised an eyebrow at Morgan though, the little Stark knew what Link was pondering about, so she quickly explained herself "Well, I can't really punch my way in here you know? I might seriously hurt Jabu Jabu".
Link tilted his head, Hope knowing he was curious immediately explained "We have a godslaying perk, which means, our attacks do a massive amount of damage to anything with divinity in it, if we were to hit anything inside of Jabu Jabu, we might actually kill it by accident.
So Morgan and I have to be extra careful in here, and watch our power level and output, otherwise, things could get bad really quickly".
Link nodded in understanding, looks like the party was going to have to rely on him a little bit more this time around, but that was fine for Link, he rather be useful in any way.
With that small conversation out of the way, the kids then continued on and went through the entrance they had opened, they made it to a new chamber and this one had a new monster inside.
Link tried to hit it with a Deku Seed from his fairy slingshot, but it didn't do anything, this made Link frown, and Navi immediately began to examine just what sort of creature they were facing now "That's a biri.
They float around by themselves or by attacking a bari, which causes it to split into three biri, they can electrocute on contact, so one must use a ranged weapon to attack them except the fairy slingshot, it's too weak to take one out.
Alternatively, one can stun them by using Deku Nut before slashing them with a sword or attacking them".
Morgan nodded in understanding and then quickly jumped, she then grabbed hold of the biri, and the monster immediately began to discharge electricity, but Morgan was unaffected and instead crushed it with her hand.
She then floated down and nodded at her friends "There we go, let's be careful so we don't get a shocking surprise!".
Hope face-palm at the horrible pun, Link laughed a little finding it funny and causing Morgan to smile in victory Navi just sweatdropped but didn't comment anything.
After that pun, the kids then kept going and moved on to the next chamber, the kids looked around at the pink fleshy big chamber in awe, they noticed a few odd things in this room, like some odd holes on the floor and an odd fleshy pillar engulfed in lightning.
When Morgan, Hope, and Link heard a gasp, the kids immediately turned around to see where the gasp had come from, only to see a small Zora girl stand up from the floor and stared at them.
The Zora girl frowned as she saw the trio and then pointed a finger at them "You! Who are you guys!?... I'm Ruto, Princess of the Zora".
The kids smiled having found who they were looking for, Morgan nodded and then said "Ah! That's great! Your dad asked us to find you Ruto!".
Ruto flinched a bit and then looked down with a frown on her face "What? My father asked you three to come here to save me?... I'd never asked anyone to do such a thing!".
Morgan tilted her head in confusion, Link looked a bit lost, while Hope frowned "But... we found a letter in a bottle with your signature".
Ruto looked a bit nervous now "A-a letter in a bottle?... I have no idea what you're talking about!".
Morgan sighed and shook her head "Alright, can you stop shouting? We can hear you just fine you know, and besides, your dad is very worried about you".
Link nodded, while Hope stared at Ruto in silence, meanwhile, the princess of the Zora looked a bit surprised at Morgan's request but pushed that aside when Morgan mentioned her father "My father is worried about me?... I don't care! Anyway, I can't go right now and you there... get out of here! Understand!?".
Morgan and Hope narrowed their eyes at Ruto, both of them were getting a bit annoyed at her attitude, especially because she doesn't seem to care about her father's concern, to Morgan and Hope, that was a big no-no.
They both loved their fathers and would never disregard their feelings like Ruto just did with her father's feelings, that was just mean in their opinion, Link sighed when she saw that his friends were getting annoyed.
It wouldn't be good for Ruto to make Morgan and Hope angry, in fact, that could be very dangerous, but before they could say anything, Ruto suddenly took off running.
She didn't see where she was going and accidentally fell through a hole on the floor, while screaming in fright, leaving the kids standing there and sweatdropping at the dumb situation they found themselves in.
Morgan stared at the hole with a dry look "... I want to punch her..."
Link jumped and shook his head at high speed at Morgan, Hope sighed "Me too Morgan, but we can't... it would only cause problems, besides Link thinks is a bad idea too".
Morgan huffed and shook her head "Fine... let's just go get her before she gets in more trouble...".
Link and Hope nodded and then the trio walked over to the hole and jumped down, Morgan and Hope floated down, while Link landed on his feet while channeling mana through his legs, this prevented him from hurting himself.
The trio soon, were beside Ruto who was on the floor on her butt while rubbing it in pain, she soon noticed them and frowned at them "You three are still hanging around here? Just get out of here.
Besides I'm okay, I've been going inside Lord Jabu Jabu's belly since I was little, but..." Ruto stood up and looked down "Lord Jabu Jabu has been acting strange lately and there's electrified jellyfish and strange holes around...
On top of that, my precious stone was... but... that's none of your business! Anyway... you home now, do you-".
Ruto was cut off when Morgan suddenly pointed her finger at something behind Ruto and fired a small dragon shot, killing a biri that was trying to sneak behind Ruto.
She then saw Hope waving her arm toward a group of the Jellyfish monsters and sending a wave of flames that turned them into ash in seconds, though both girls were careful to dissipate their magical attacks before they could touch Jabu Jabu's flesh.
Morgan turned her head towards Ruto and the Zora princess couldn't help but step back in surprise at the power she was letting off and her glowing green eyes, on Morgan's part, well she was annoyed with Ruto "Look... I don't care about what you want, we're not leaving here without you and if I have to hit you, knock you out, and tied you down to take you out of here, I will...".
Ruto flinched at the tone Morgan was using to talk to her, she wasn't used to someone being so aggressive to her... she kinda liked it "Y-your that worried about me?".
Morgan looked confused because that was not what she meant, Hope just frowned when she noticed Ruto blush and seemed a bit more docile with Morgan, Link was just lost and didn't understand what was going on.
But Ruto ignored all of that and went in "Then I will give you the honor of carrying me! However... I won't leave until I find the thing I'm looking for, you'd better believe me!".
Morgan's eyes twitch in annoyance and suddenly summoned her boosted gear which began to glow as she gathered a massive amount of dragonic energy into the palm of her hand.
Link and Hope panicked when they saw this and immediately jumped to stop something horrible from happening, Link jumped in front of Ruto and waved his hands toward Morgan to stop her.
Meanwhile, Hope jumped on Morgan and began to wrestle with her "Morgan! You can't use a dragonic big bang attack! You'll kill Jabu Jabu and destroy the entire region! Calm down!".
Morgan tried to shake Hope off her "Let me go Hope! I know what this is! She's a tsundere and I'm not dealing with this! I'm sure the stone will be fine! We can just look for it in the ruins!".
Hope shook her "Stop! Morgan! I'll tell Daddy on you if you destroy part of this world!".
Morgan stop charging energy and flinched "... That's not cool Hope...".
Seeing Morgan calm down, Hope let her go and sighed in relief "You gave me no other choice Morgan".
Link sighed and looked exhausted now, while Ruto was staring at Morgan with sparkles in her eyes, to her Morgan seemed very strong and tough, a very cool girl in her opinion.
This Zora girl had no idea how close she was to her and her race being blasted off the face of the planet, Hope sighed "Sorry, Morgan, but I can let you just destroy everything here".
Morgan nodded and sighed "Fine... but she's really annoying".
Hope nodded in agreement, Ruto was a special kind of annoying, Link just rubbed the back of his head, not knowing what to do in this situation, he understood where Morgan was coming from, but massive amounts of destruction weren't the answer here.
Hope turned her head towards Ruto and glared, which caused the Zora princess to jump "Look, we'll help you, but stop being annoying, next time I might not be able to stop Morgan, and trust me, you don't want her to be that angry at you".
Ruto nervously nodded, perhaps she overdid it a bit, she definitely didn't want to make the cool girl hate her "Okay...".
Morgan huffed and then began to walk over to an entrance "Let's go, and you're walking!".
Ruto jumped and quickly ran after Morgan, Link shook his head, while Hope sighed "Yeah I know... that was close, hopefully, Ruto won't annoy Morgan too much anymore".
Navi sweatdropped a bit and then said "Hope... Morgan is scary".
Hope nodded "Yeah, not a lot can get under her skin, but she's still a dragon god and when annoyed enough, well you saw what happened... so let's try to make things go as smoothly as possible, for now, Ruto seems docile, so let's just keep going".

In the divine realm of Hyrule, three divine beings were watching things unfold for a long while now, though one of the beings was in a corner sulking, however, one of the other beings whistled when she saw Morgan almost destroy the entire Zora region in a fit of annoyance "Hahaha! I really liked that girl!".
Din, one of the Three Golden Goddess of Hyrule grinned and seemed very happy at the moment, Din is in the form of a beautiful dark-skinned girl, with flaming red hair and red eyes, her body was very fit and it showed with her desert-dwelling clothes.
A sigh drew Din's attention and she quickly turned around to smile at the one who had sighed that loud "What's wrong Nayru?".
Nayru, another one of the Three Golden Goddess just deadpanned at Din "That girl was more than willing to destroy a quarter of Hyrule just now, how can you be so calm Din?".
Nayru, is in the form of a blue-haired, pale-skinned, and blue-eyed girl, she was wearing a simple one-piece blue dress and seemed to be pretty concerned right now, Din however just shrugged "Well, what do you want to do? Those little girls would kick our ass if we tried to do anything you know?".
Nayru huffed and nodded "I know... still... should we really just sit here and let those two just do what they want?".
Din just shrugged "There's nothing we can do, besides, they're entertaining, and you do like Hope right".
Nayru frowned at Din but nodded "I do...she is a smart, calm, and wise girl, plus she seems to be the most responsible of the group".
Din grinned at Nayru and then nodded "I thought so, those two are just fun to watch, though... I now feel bad for my champion".
Nayru nodded, Ganondorf had no idea the kind of beings that were coming after him, still, that wasn't important right "Yeah... but we should do something about Farore though, don't you think?".
Both Din and Nayru turned their head towards a corner of the room they were in, both sweatdropped when they saw Farore sitting on the floor by the corner and sulking, she has been pretty devastated with the girls since they just ignore the puzzles in the dungeons and just punched their way in.
Farore is a petite green-haired, green-eyed, and elvish-looking girl, she's usually cheerful and happy-go-lucky, but right now she felt cheated and defeated, Nayru just shook her head "Well, she does have the right to be upset, her champion is going through his journey pretty easily, of course, she would be upset since she set up all the puzzles to test Link".
Din scratched her head, she had to admit that Link was having it pretty easy right now, not only is he picking up spells and abilities none of his past reincarnations had, but the girls were helping him a lot.
Poor Farore just felt cheated and there was nothing she could do about it, which just made her feel even worse, in all honesty, Din and Nayru didn't know what to do about her.

~Meanwhile~
The kids had been very busy while the Three Golden Goddesses were speaking about them, though they didn't know that fact, however, Hope and Morgan had been sneezing quite a bit, which told them someone was talking about them.
But they ignored that little inconvenience and continued going through the fleshy dungeon that is Jabu Jabu's belly, despite the place being a bit weird to look at and to move with all the twitchy floor and walls.
The kids eventually made it to a chamber, where they killed a few flying shark-like monsters, once the monsters were killed, a big chest was revealed, and inside the kids found a boomerang.
Morgan looked at the boomerang and smiled "Ooh! That looks like a fun weapon!".
Hope smiled "Well, as long as you catch it before it whacks you in the head".
Link smiled and then tried the boomerang, he threw it hard and as it came back he easily caught it, Hope and Morgan clapped, while Ruto just sighed and then said "So you found a new toy, good for you, can we go now?!".
Morgan sighed, while Hope just shook her head, Link nodded and put away the boomerang, the quartet then walked out of the chamber together, then they walked down a long fleshy pathway, and found a switch on the floor in front of the door.
Link jump on it and the door in front of the switch opened, but when Link walked off the switch, the door closed on them again, the kids frowned at this odd situation.
Hope scratched her head and then said "We'll, one of us has to stay back for a bit".
Morgan immediately raised her hand "I'll stay guys!".
Ruto smiled and then said, "I'll stay with her too".
Morgan's eyebrow twitched in annoyance, which made Hope giggle and Link smile in amusement, Ruto didn't seem to care much and just hugged Morgan's arm which only made her deadpan at her "What are you doing now?...".
Ruto just smiled at Morgan and then said "Nothing ~".
Morgan just sighed and walk on top of the switch, with Ruto still hanging from her arm, she didn't know why the Zora princess is so attached to her now, but she's been acting odd since she yelled at her, Morgan just didn't understand her.
Hope and Link just shook their heads in amusement and walked over to the open door, on the other side they found a small chamber and some king of tentacle giving off a lot of electricity while hanging from the ceiling.
Hope looked at the weird tentacle and hummed while she thought about it for a bit "That has a very nasty and dark energy signature... we should get rid of it before it causes damage to Jabu Jabu".
Link nodded and quickly began to throw his boomerang at the tentacle, the tentacle actually screeched in pain the moment the Boomerang struck it, which made Hope raise an eyebrow at it.
The tentacle then tried to attack Link, but he easily avoided its attacks thanks to his ability to channel mana through his legs, and after hitting the tentacle with the boomerang a few more times, it finally screeched once more time, it fell apart.
Hope frowned and then said "Ew...".
Link nodded in agreement, that was kind of gross. A chest was suddenly revealed and Link quickly walked over to it, he then opened it and smiled as he saw what was inside and then took out the map from inside the chest and held it above his head in victory.
Hope smiled and with the map in Link's hand, they walked out of the room, they found Morgan holding Ruto away from her with her hand, when the little Stark saw them she smiled and immediately walked over to them.
Ruto fell on the ground from the lack of support, luckily for her, this is Jabu Jabu's belly so, the floor is quite soft, still, she groaned in pain caused when she smacked the fleshy floor face first.
Link showed Morgan the Map, and she smiled and nodded, after that and after picking Ruto off the floor, the kids continued their way into the Dungeon, after following the map, they found a new chamber this one was bigger and inside there were a few bubbles floating around.
Link and the girls popped them for fun, but to their surprise, a chest appeared after they popped all the bubbles in the room.
Link opened the chest and inside he found the compass, with the Map and Compass in hand, Link now knew exactly where to go, so the girls followed him to a new chamber.
Inside they found another one of those tentacle monsters, which Link and the girls destroyed right away, it soon melted into chunks of flesh in defeat.
Morgan grimaced a bit and said "Ew...".
Hope smiled and nodded "That's what I said".
Ruto nodded "Yes... that was gross".
Link just shrugged, sure it was gross but he wasn't that affected by it, in any case, the kids then went on and continued to follow Link who followed the map and compass.
With two of the tentacles destroyed, a new entrance was revealed and Link and the girls quickly headed there, a chamber with another tentacle and filled with biri awaited everyone.
Hope and Morgan killed the biri, while Link took care of the tentacle, the monsters were defeated quickly and the tentacle turned into a pile of fleshy goo, with that done, the Kids quickly walked out of the room and headed to a new location.
They went back to the room where they met Ruto and then followed the map to drop down a specific hole to reach a new door leading to a new room, once inside the new room, they found something glowing on top of a platform.
Ruto, upon noticing it, smiled and excitedly began to point at it "That's it! That's what I've been looking for! Can you guys help me up there! Onto the platform!".
Hope looked at the object and frowned "Isn't that the spiritual stone?".
Morgan looked at it and nodded "Yeah, that looks and feels like one...".
Link nodded, Morgan thinking it would be best for Ruto to grab it for now, grabbed her, which made her squeak in surprise and blush, only for Morgan to suddenly throw her onto the platform.
Ruto screamed in surprise and landed face first onto the platform, Link and Hope sweatdropped at the way Morgan is treating Ruto, while the Zora princess groaned in pain "So strong~... but so mean".
Morgan just shrugged and didn't seem to care, which made both Hope and Link nervously laugh, meanwhile, Ruto shakily stood up and then walked over to the spiritual stone.
She smiled and giggled a bit as she bent down to pick it up, feeling in a good mood now and having seen Link's little victory ritual, she decided to give it a try.
So Ruto lifted the spiritual stone above her head in victory, Link smiled and seemed amused at what Ruto was doing, Hope giggled finding it funny, while Morgan grinned in amusement.
Ruto then looked down and smiled at everyone "Oh, my goodness! I finally found... my mother's stone, I got very upset when Lord Jabu Jabu swallowed it... while I was feeding him, he suddenly swallowed me! I was so surprised, I dropped it inside...
Now that I found it, I don't need to be here anymore! So can Morgan take me home now!?".
Morgan jumped in surprise and pointed at herself "Me? Why!?".
Ruto didn't answer Morgan's question and instead smiled at her, Morgan sighed and slumped in defeat "Fine...".
Link and Hope laughed a bit at Morgan, which got them a dirty look from her, but before Morgan could begin to walk over to Ruto, the platform she was on top of suddenly shook and then rose up.
Ruto let out a scream in surprise while Morgan, Hope, and Link looked up in surprise, Hope hummed for a bit and then said "Well... that was unexpected".
Once the platform reached the top, Ruto suddenly screamed again "Keeeeyaaaah! What is this!? An octopus!?".
Suddenly, the platform began to lower itself, but instead of Ruto being on it, a strange giant monster was on top of the platform now, the creature made an odd noise and then jumped towards Link and the girls.
Morgan quickly jumped and kicked it to the side in mid-air, the monster grunted in pain and landed with its behind facing the kids, Hope raised an eyebrow when she saw a big white spot on its behind, she took out her gauss pistol and shot at the obvious weak spot.
The monster squealed in pain, spun around, and then dropped dead on the ground, it soon turned into bubbles and disappeared, Morgan shrugged and then said "We'll, that was fast, what a weakling".
Hope nodded "Yeah, but what was it anyways".
Navi suddenly piped in "That was just a giant octorok, which is why it was so weak".
Hope and Morgan nodded, and Link suddenly pointed up, Hope understanding what Link wanted to do nodded "Right, we need to go get Ruto, who knows what sort of trouble she'll find".
Morgan sighed "Do we have to?".
Hope nodded "She has the spiritual stone".
Link smiled and then nodded at Morgan, the little Stark sighed and then nodded in understanding "Fine... but she's really weird and I don't like dealing with her"
Hope giggled "She's just likes you Morgan and give her a break, she must be scared and lonely now".
Morgan frowned but nodded "Alright, let's go get her out here then".
The kids then walked over to the platform and jumped on it, once on top, the platform then rose up and took them up, hoping they'll find the princess soon.
