"Abaddon... Wait..!"
The dragon paused momentarily before shaking his head.
Izanami stumbled into the darkness as she chased after him. She yelled and she screamed for him, but he didn't come back.
The water around her began to thicken, and it pulled her into it's dark depths as she yelled for him to save her.
And Abaddon, for reasons that he did not understand, did not turn back. He just kept treading forward while hearing laughter that he did not recognize..
-
"Abaddon?"
A hand on Abaddon's shoulder caused him to jolt.
When he looked down, the entire assembled party was staring at him with a concerned expression.
They were all ahead of him, and he looked to have been dragging rather far behind.
At one point, maybe even stopping entirely.
Lailah had been the one to place her hand on him, and the look of worry in her face permanently affixed.
"Were you just.. having a vision?"
