Henry hadn't seen the dragons' magical orbs since he left Hydrogia. Whenever he opened the chest and saw what was inside, his heart ached at the thought of never seeing Sylaron again. All he had as a reminder of her were a few scales that sat a the bottom of the chest containing the orbs.
Though perhaps it was better for him he hadn't looked at them in such a long time because, as he looked at them with Felix, he was having a change of heart. The sight of the two orbs didn't instill fear or pain for once but hope. He had big plans for at least one of them even though it was going to be hard for him to part with.
"Then it's true you've slayed dragons," the second in command mused out loud. "I had heard something about that but there was never any indication before now."
Henry couldn't hold back his laugh. There were so many strange opinions of him floating around.
