Trapped mouse

She is again visiting the same home she went yesterday. I am not sure who lives there, but she came out frustrated yesterday, not sure how is she gonna come today ? Let's wait here...

Oh here she comes !

She didn't took so long as yesterday. And she is looking furious today.

She is walking fast as if, she is afraid someone is following her !

Yes, I am but... she never walks this fast. I follow her everyday and she've never walked fast. What's wrong today ?

Oh god... she stumbled over and now she is bleeding. Shall I go help her ? Will she be scared of me ? Shall I...

There comes the unwanted visitor; wait a minute, visitors actually ! They are 15 in number and fighting over her, who's gonna go first ?

So that if, she dies, no one would be blamed for killing her as 15 vampires fed from her and not one !

They are smart, but I am here ! They won't be able to touch her.

" She is mine ! "

I growled possessively.

" Get out of here ! We found her, she is ours and you are not one of us so, you aren't getting any of her blood ! "

The first one said hissing at him.

" You don't know me and that's why you are saying this. If, only you knew me, you wouldn't have dared... "

The newcomer said calmly.

" I don't care who the fuck you are. I am telling you last time, leave or you die ! "

The first one said coldly.

" I am Kevin Forbes! "

The newcomer calmly.

" He... he is the hybrid ! The original ! "

A man said panicked, seems like he knows me

" Bingo ! You have heard of me, fantastic ! Now, who wants to fight me ? If, you win you get the girl; but if, you loose, you get a bite from me ! So, now who is ready ? "

I said playfully smiling.

They started whispering among themselves. The man who wanted me to leave, came in front and hissed at me ! How daring and... stupid of him !

He dared hissing at an original and that too the hybrid ? He knows the result if he looses; a miserable, pathetic, slow and painful death !

Amber didn't saw my face. And thank god she didn't; if, she had she might have scared to death ! I know I am fearful and have a monster's face when I get mad.

She is already so scared, she don't need anything else to be scared of for now. Her head is down and I hope she keeps it down, until I get him down !

I passed by her and smirked evilly at him and gestured with my fingers to come fight with me if he dares !

He cracked his neck and rolled his shoulders before stepping in front. It made me scoff at his stupidity.

" Victor, don't act stupid. He is the hybrid ! One bite from him and you die and very slow and painful death. And the only remedy to his bite is his own blood; which he won't give to you after you challenged him... "

One of them said.

Oh, there's someone who is in his senses and trying to save him from me !

" Shut the fuck up ! It's only a rumor. There is no hybrid. He is just like any other vampires. He can't hurt me without getting hurt himself ! If you can't encourage me, don't discourage me, you scared lill pup ! "

Victor said teasing him.

Oh ! He is denying my EXISTENCE itself ? What kind of sick person is he ? Just how could he even say that ? Poor stupid fellow !

" Does anybody wanna join his team ? It would be my pleasure to defeat this much of you and... "

I said sweetly, but guess Victor got a early death wish...

" Stop talking and show me what you got there; hybrid ! "

Victor said challenging me.

" Oh and I thought you don't believe there is any hybrid ! "

I said sarcastically.

" Yes, that's right ! But you want to call yourself that, then I am not gonna burst your bubble today, baby ! "

Victor replied sarcastically.

" Oh, that sassy mouth of yours is gonna make you suffer bad; real bad, darling ! "

I said coldly.

" Is this what you got, huh ? All talk ? "

Victor said provoking me.

" Huh ! I am gonna enjoy watching you scream in agony to death. You'll wish and crave and beg to die; but you know what, you won't die that easy ! I'll make sure you suffer more than any other of my victims ever have ! "

I said menacingly coldly.

" I... I am not scared of you... "

Victor said getting scared by my words.

" Are you telling this to me or yourself ? Be sure and then we'll start the fight ! "

I said scoffing.

" Are you chickening out, huh ? "

Victor said provoking me further.

I couldn't contain my laughter at his words and laughed out wholeheartedly.

" I am so sorry... I can't control my laugh when the joke is real nice. "

I said laughing even more.

I stopped laughing and glared at him and he stepped back. I told him in a very cold and serious note,

" I gave you a chance to save yourself. And now even if you want, I won't let you go ! If, you try to run away from me; I am gonna chase you to the end of the world and till the eternity ! "

I said coldly.

I hissed at him baring my fangs. He did seemed bothered by my WORDS but not with my fangs ! That's because, he haven't seen my EYES yet !

The moment he looked in my eyes, he stepped back with pure shock and horror on his face.

" Wha... what are you ? "

Victor said panicked.

" I am the same hybrid, that you refused to believe even existed ! Come on, fight with me... baby. "

I said giving him back his words.

I hissed again and he started running away form me.

Huh, naive babies !

He can't possibly think he can outrun me !

I caught him before he could even pick up his pace and dragged him back where he was standing !

" Oh, poor baby ! Did you really thought you could outrun me ? Why did you chickened out now ? You don't believe any hybrid exist then, why the fuck do you have to run ? Fight with me, come on ! "

I said sarcastically.

" Pl... please let me go. Keep the girl, I don't want her. She is yours... "

Victor said as if, he was doing me a favor by giving up on Amber.

" Oh, I KNOW she is mine ! What I am asking is, fight with me. Don't run away. "

I said glaring at him.

" I don't wanna... "

Victor said panicked as if, he have a choice now !

" You don't WANNA ? And who the hell are you to decide that ? I already gave you a chance to rectify your mistake, but you thought I was kidding !

And my friend, I promised you something. I am a man of my words and so, I am gonna keep that promise ! "

I said calmly and coldly enough to scare him to death.

" Please... please let me go. I'll leave this town, this country but please... "

Victor said trying to bargain with me for his life.

" I will save your trouble. Just one bite and I promise, you'll leave this WORLD ! "

I said monstrously.

I laughed more evilly making him shiver in my grasp. The other vampires stepped back and tried to run away.

" If anyone moved even an inch from their palce, they'll be the next in queue ! So if, you want to keep on existing, just stay where you are or I am gonna haunt each one of you for your entire existence ! "

I said coldly glaring at them.

Everyone stayed on their places in pure horror. I liked it. They don't know what is waiting for them and the suspense is gonna make them burst !

I am enjoying this. I haven't enjoyed being the heartless, evil, monster for a while now ! It's good to be bad !

I slowly leaned towards him hissing at him and he kept on doing useless efforts of getting away from me. I am going to enjoy this so much !

I looked at Amber she still wasn't looking up, I took the moment and slowly sunk my fangs in his neck.

He screamed in agony and that scream satisfied my ears ! I closed my eyes in satisfaction and sunk my fangs deeper and and deeper in his skin till his screams became deafening !

I finally let him go.

" I loved your screams, Victor ! I would love to listen you scream more, but the human over there won't be able to take it and that's the only reason I am letting you go ! "

I said coldly wiping my mouth.

He dropped on his knees and held his neck with his hands and was still screaming. I suck on my blood drenched fingers and crouched in front of him.

" Now, you'll know the existence of the hybrid isn't a myth after all ! But sadly, you won't be alive to remember it for a long time. I'll tell you what will happen to you now, as I have bitten you !

You will feel a slow burning pain in your whole body. Then, this wound will rot and stink so bad, nobody will come close to you. Everyone will be disgusted with your presence !

Then, you will start hallucinating. You'll see things which don't exist at all and you'll struggle to differentiate between what's real and what's fake ?

You'll want someone to comfort you, but nobody would come close to you; not even the people who call them your best friends !

The burning would increase day by day and you'll beg everyone to kill you to save you from the agony !

Someone might even kill you; but you won't be able to distinguish if, someone really killed you or you were just hallucinating !

You won't be able to breathe, talk, see. Slowly all of your senses will leave you but, the pain ? Oh no, that won't leave you till your last breathe ! Now, isn't it very interesting... baby ? "

I said menacingly coldly smirking at him.

" Please... please save me... I'll do anything you want me to... "

Victor said begging me.

I laughed evilly at his words.

" Save you ? Why for ? Why are you chickening out now, Victor ? YOU wanted to fight me ! I told you if you win, the girl is yours. But if, I win... you get a bite from me, which you got ! Now, a deal is deal my friend, it can't be changed !

You know what, you even learnt a new lesson today if, your friend advices you something, you should consider acting accordingly; but again, sadly, too late ! Now, if you all excuse me... "

I said coldly and walked away from him.

I slowly approached Amber and put my hand on her shoulder, she was already shivering in horror, but the moment I placed my hand on her shoulder, she started crying,

" Please... please I beg you... don't give me such a... horrible death. You wanna kill me ? Kill me directly !

Please I don't wanna die such a horrible death. I've done nothing to deserve such kind of horrible death... please... "

Amber begged me helplessly and panicked.

Her condition is like the mouse trapped in the cage, panicked and desperately wanting to get out of it, but can't trust anyone to help them and doubt everyone if, they'll hurt them even more !

" Hey... shhhh... shhhh... calm down, calm down. I am not gonna hurt you, love ! I am here to save you and keep you safe, rest assured. "

I said trying to calm her down.

She was trying hard to look up at me, but couldn't gather the courage to do so !

I can't blame her though. Just now I described the way Victor is gonna die... she is scared that is gonna happen with her as well !

I caressed her back and patted her head to assure her safety. She slowly looked up at me and kept on gazing, like she was lost...
