The soldier opened the doorway to Zarlos. Adnan passed through with Amberly while carrying the demon king. Once they passed through, the soldier closed the door behind them.

The three of them walked through the garden of the palace to the back entrance of the servant's quarters.

"Aren't you shaken by all the weird things that are happening around us?" Amberly asked him.

She assumed Adnan was like, a traveler from another world summoned into the chaos by the shapeshifting boy.

Unlike her reaction to magic, Adnan seemed to take everything as normal. "Not really, I have been introduced to the world of magic for weeks now," Adnan gave a reply.

They silently sauntered through the halls, Adnan wished to reach his room with the boy without alarming anyone of their presence.

The last thing he wanted was to alert the enemy of the demon King of their presence. It was important that he ensures the boy's safety.
