Aside from the novel's amazing plotline, what kept me reading all the way through was how beautifully the author described everything. Seriously, not only was it a good source of entertainment, but I also learned many wonderful ways to express myself, for which I must thank the author. I couldn't find any constructive criticism or mistakes because everything appeared to be perfect to me. So, good luck with your novel, author, and I hope you get as many potential readers as possible.
Set in 17th century (around 1600 ad), under a fictional timeline, is this novel-By Love We Abide. It follows the story of an illegitimate princess called Athaliah Leighton whose life has been planned to be sold for marriage. However, interestingly enough, the story is set during the little ice age (era where the temperature dropped by quite a bit, this occurred in reality from te 14th to 19th century). The trope is possessive male lead and strangers to lovers to enemies to lovers. At first, emperor Joaquin was not so drunk on Athaliah and set boundaries on how much he will bow for her (seberapa bucin), but he come to be so desperate, he ends up demolishing it all (upcoming chapters). The pace of the story falls on the more slow side, with one scene divided into 2 or more chapters. There is room and plan for love triangle, however, that might change depending on the flow. It might not seem like this at first, but there are hidden intrigues.About her mother's family and the mission she would have later on. But I really shouldn't divulge much. Keep your reading experience fun, haha.
