Regan Behaving Like Before

Evelyn was busy playing the same game with Miri, Ami, and Hannah when they heard the sound of someone clearing their throat.

She raised her head and was startled to see the prince standing a few steps away.

Hannah, Miri, and Ami were equally surprised but they soon composed themselves and left the chambers silently after greeting the prince.

Evelyn lowered her head instantly. She didn't know why but she felt nervous. It was slightly funny. The past few days she had been so eager to see the prince and when he had not come so long, she had been actually worried.

She had wondered if he blamed her for whatever happened.

But now when he was here, she only felt nervous.

On the other hand, Regan was not less nervous. However, he hid it nicely behind his emotionless face.

Clearing his throat again, he asked finally

"How are you?"

"I am fine, Your Highness."

Evelyn answered immediately and Regan merely nodded his head.
