A few hours went by as Ye Lingling and Xu Jinshan took their respective Immortal herbs, just as Xu Shuang was getting bored of waiting, a burst of flower fragrance was released from the room Ye Lingling is in.

Xu Shuang quickly went in front of Ye Lingling's room to wait for her to come out, a few minutes later a young lady in a black dress walked out of the room.

The lady has fair white skin, deep black mesmerizing eyes that will draw one in if they stared into them, along with rosy pink lips curved into a small smile.

She was wearing a black dress with a lot of frills and laces that greatly accentuated her fair white skin against the black dress.

Ye Lingling rushed to Xu Shuang's side and hugged her tightly, tears started to stream down her eyes as she repeatedly said thank you to Xu Shuang.

Xu Shuang took a deep breath of Ye Lingling's floral fragrance as she also embraced Ye Lingling and asked with a soft tone.

This pure white begonia is different from her previous pink begonia, whereas before her martial spirit gave off a lovely and sweet aura, then after evolution it gave off a pure and innocuous feeling all over it.

It radiated soft white light into the surroundings, and Xu Shuang felt relaxed as a warm and gentle feeling washed over her from the white light.

"My martial spirit has now greater control of life energy and can heal you for more and purify you from negative effects like poisoning and curses."

Xu Shuang nodded hearing this and said. " It's good that your martial spirit can heal more now, I'm wondering if you received any good abilities?"

"Well, another great thing that I've received when absorbing the Immortal herb, is that I can now increase other people's main attribute."

"For example, your main attribute is strength, so when I boost you with my martial spirit, it will boost your strength, and the boosting rate increases with the number of spirit rings I have."

"I currently have 3 spirit rings so, I will be able to increase your strength by 30%. And it will be much more in later levels, when I reached Titled douluo level, it will be a 90% increase in strength."

Xu Shuang nodded and didn't feel disappointed as the addition of the boosting of the main attributes was already a great addition to her current skill set.

She then asked the most important question of the day. "What level are you now Ye Lingling?"

"I'm already level 40, but I only needed one more spirit ring to get and my level will skyrocket." Ye Lingling answered.

Xu Shuang nodded feeling that it made sense since Ye Lingling wasn't far from reaching level 40 before she took the Immortal Herb.

They chatted for two more hours when the sound of something shattering and a rumbling sound echoed from outside followed by a burst of wild laughter.

They quickly went outside to see Xu Jinshan wildly laughing in the air as waves of strong pressure radiated from him.

"Granpa Jin, stop releasing your spirit power pressure, you are destroying the herb garden!" Xu Shuang quickly shout as she saw some relatively fragile herbs get pressed to the ground.

It's good that she harvested all of the Immortal Herbs in the garden, or else she would be crying tears of blood right now from the loss of those herbs.

Xu Jinshan quickly came back to his senses when he heard what Xu Shuang said, he quickly recovered all of his spirit pressure, but he still got heartache when he saw that a quarter of the garden got damaged because of him.

He floated down from the sky and landed in front of Xu Shuang and Ye Lingling, as he landed he said to Xu Shuang in a slightly depressed voice.

"It's okay, I know that you didn't do it intentionally, and when you two are absorbing the immortal herbs, I already harvested all of the Immortal herbs available in the garden, so all the herbs that got damaged are those worth lower than the Immortal herbs."

Xu Jinshan's face became better when he heard that, he laughed as he shared the effects of the Immortal herb on him.

Xu Shuang was shocked and happy when she heard this, she let out a laugh as she congratulated Xu Jinshan.
