"I don't understand why you are following me. Can't you see how people are looking at us as if we are aliens?" Nori's annoyed voice echoed.
Ever since Karina left, Audrey had decided to stick with her and follow her everywhere she goes. Right now, she went to the cafeteria to get food, and the girl was still following her like a lost puppy. It was Karina she was asked to watch, not her.
"I don't care about what they think. They can look as much as they want, it doesn't bother me." Audrey gave a light shrug.
"It bothers me." Nori insisted and Audrey sighed.
"I just want to pay for our food. That's all."
"Our?" Nori's brows arched.
"Me, you, and Karina."
"We are not lacking money to buy food," Nori stated, and Audrey rocked her head slowly, indicating an understanding of what Nori said.
"I know that."
"Then why do you want to pay for our food?"
