For the fourth time that morning, Cozan changed his mind, turning around and walking away from the street on which Veron's house was located.
He had earlier decided not to go himself, instead to write a letter and send someone to deliver it. However, after writing the letter, other concerns surfaced in his mind.
The letter contains sensitive information and would be disastrous if it gets into the wrong hand. How was he sure whoever he would send would be trustable? How was he sure it would get to the person he intended it for?
With these concerns, he knew he would have to do the job himself. But how could he approach a werewolf's house? He was a witch, the personal assistant of the queen mother. Witches and werewolves were enemies.
Going to the house would be a very great risk, one he was not sure he was willing to take because he may just lose his life.
