Once Ari said Dad, Dr Tyler couldn't hold back anymore. He pushed the principal out of the way and embraced his new daughter and grandson. He was not alone anymore!
"Honey, it would be Dads pleasure to have you change your name to mine. Also, it would probably be easier to transfer your credentials to Aria Tyler. This way it would eliminate any confusion when you intern. Right Principal Grace?"
"Of course Dr Tyler! I am so happy for you! I never thought that through this devastation, happiness would be found! Aria and Seth, I can't wait to see you guys around campus! How long will it be until Aria can come back? What can we do to help with this transition?"
"Principal Grace, although I can't be in class now, I would still like to finish this semester. Would it be possible have all the assignments sent to me? Dad, how long before I can get surgery on my face?"
"Aria, I have a friend who is a specialist in reconstructive surgery. He is overseas right now but he will be coming in town in about a month. By that time, I believe your leg and arm should be pretty much healed. If I had to guess, probably only next term will you be in able to return to class."
"Grandpa, how long til mommy is completely better? Does it Take long for the surgery? Will Mommy be in a lot of pain? " anxiously Seth grabs Dr Tyler's arm.
Dr Tyler couldn't hold back. He took Seth in his arms and hugged him. " Awe my good grandson, you are so good to your mommy and me. Grandpa and you will be mommy's support. She will need it. Yes, she will be in pain, but knowing your mommy she is strong! She will be better than new! "
Seth lay his head on Dr Tyler's shoulder. "Grampa, I can't lose mommy now. Please tell me how I can help?I promise I'll do it! Dad, after school, I want to come stay here with mommy. At least until after dinner. I'll finish all my homework with mommy. When mommy can go home, I'll stay with her. Ok?"
Jake was left in awe at all that just happened. Sitting down and thinking about this, he comes up with a plan. "Since our house is bigger, why not have mommy and grandpa stay with us. That way if I have a meeting or running late. You are safe at home and recuperating. What does everyone think?"
