Chapter 357 Reasons

Marcus didn't take Laura's answer to heart at all. He took an ointment from his coat pocket, squeezed it out carefully, and put it on the wound.

The wound was originally painful, but it became cool and itchy when he made it.

Laura felt his nose and couldn't find a word. "Where did you get the ointment?"

Marcus took the medicine and said, "When I came, I bought it by the way."

"Oh." Laura is inexplicably embarrassed.

After a long time, Marcus finally finished taking the medicine.

Seeing that Laura was going to put down his sleeves, he was busy stopping: "You should hold your sleeves first, or the medicine will be white."

"Huh? Oh."

Laura realized in hindsight that this was true, so she had to put her hand against the sleeve that was about to fall off.

Marcus squeezed the ointment with two fingers and slid it into her pocket. "When you go back to your room, see if there are any bruises on your body that I missed. Remember to apply the medicine."

Laura gave a "oh".
