"Thank you!" I told the man who let me inside since I am carrying some things with me, I went inside the bus.
I like this area, it was peaceful and now it's time for me to get back to work. I was about to take a sit when I saw an old lady suddenly go inside the bus, "you should sit there." I told her. "Thank you, young man." She said before she sits down.
I walk a little bit further as the bus started to move, I stand my feet firmly on the floor when I saw an empty seat. I went towards it, my eyes are widen. She looked familiar.
Oh right, the girl at the cliff. She was on her earphones staring blankly at the window.
Her long brown hair fell over her small face, covering her golden brown eyes, which shone brightly like crystal stones, while she was staring blankly at the cliff.
But this time her hair is kinda short, and she wore a beanie. Her eyes suddenly met mine, "do you still remember me?" I wanted to ask her this but I'm afraid that she will call me a weirdo, a stranger, or anything else knowing her personality when I first met her I don't think she will stay still If I will talk to her.
I take a sit beside her, I breathed heavily looking around at the bus as I slowly turned my gaze at her, "You're staring at me, I can see your reflection in the window." She suddenly spoke out of a blue.
I cough a little. "I am not, I'm jusㅡ" she suddenly stood up I closed my eyes and shield my face I was waiting for a force but it never came. I slowly move my hands. She was talking to a guy behind me. "You've been following me for hours and you think that I am stupid enough to not notice?" She raises her voice at the guy who tries so hard to cover his face.
"Who are you and why are you following me?" Her voice drew the attention of all the passengers and I know that this guy is in great danger. "If you don't I will call a poliㅡ" the guy revealed himself.
"Amelia." That's her name, right? How could I even forget?
"Jacob." They must know each other. The bus stops in front of the hospital, I went down and went out from that scene.
Maybe it's her boyfriend or something but why would he even stalk her in such a way that is strange?
Never mind, I don't care maybe I should stop doing this kind of thing like sticking my nose into someone else's business.
"Doctor Meyers, Let me help you with that." Doctor Abbey offered. "Well, I'm afraid that this is heavy for you Doctor Abbey." She smiled as she lift one of the boxes. "How could you even hold these things when you are just riding a bus?"
I smiled at her without answering her questions, "Well, this is my office it's kinda messy right now, hope you don't mind." I told her before she put the box on top of my table.
"I really want to help you clean and arrange your things Doctor Meyers but I have to go back to my patients."
I shake my head as I smiled at her. "Thank you for your kindness Doctor Abbey, your presence alone is such a huge help."
"You make me blush Doctor Meyers, well then I'll go ahead." She said, turning her back as she went outside.
I breathed heavily. "And now, we'll start arranging." I put my hands on both sides of my hips as I stared at this small room that was filled with boxes. "Well, this would be a long day." I accepted my faith.
