While walking around the city he saw there were very few people who were walking around.

"It will take some time before everything in the city will return to normal" Evan muttered while entering one of the public parks of the city.

There were few people in the park, but Evan noticed most of them were hunters. He walked towards one of the benches of the park and sat there looking at the clear blue sky.
