"Hah! "

Ella's pulse was pounding so rapidly that she stifled a cry of terror and turned aside. Oh, no….

She felt like she was about to puke up from the intensity of her irritation. Her eyes darted to the Herbalist's daughter as she took a long breath and turned away.

She seemed like she'd just come back from the woods, as she stood on the corner with some branches in her hands. She had been standing there starring at Ella, but as soon as Ella looked at her, she turned and left.

Shortly after seeing the woman round the corner, Ella's fury subsided and she chased after her. When she arrived, she saw a woman in the rear chopping up some wood. The area has the feel of a backyard, complete with scattered trees, a water guard, and a fire pit.

Tonny was aware that Ella was lurking behind her, but she didn't bother to glance up from the wood she was chopping. And after looking at her for a while, Ella stepped closer.
