Queen Olivia, appearing unassuming yet Queenly, made her way to the King's chamber. Because it was early in the day, she had no need for elaborate makeup, so she went for a more natural look. Though she still carried herself with the bearing of a queen.
Her cheeks were a bit flushed, giving the impression that she was apprehensive as well.
She arrived to the King's door and, as expected, was greeted by guards. Naturally, she hadn't anticipated anybody alive to meet her.
"Has King awoken?" Her pulse was racing as she pleaded, "I need to see him." She couldn't wait to find out whether her tea was effective.
Just can't do it. The guard's reply—"The King is still asleep"—was enough to send Olivia soaring.
Whaaaat???. How could it ever happen? Goodness!
That tea of hers was effective. The plan succeeded.
"The tea I made truly helped! This time, it really worked! "
