"Where would he learn such a powerful spell as that?" The Elder asked, as he leaned in and looked eagerly at Dax for his answer. "We are talking about sealing away a king class being. That is something that requires regents and ritual, not something that can be achieved by a spell alone, even if the one casting it is the Magi King. Especially since the current strength of the Magi King is far lower than where it should be.
Someone weaker cannot seal someone stronger without the help of tools. That is just how things are. Why would you think it would work any other way?"
