With the stairway to the Fourth Realm in view. Rex's parents both hugged each other and walked forward with Margaret and Amber.
"I wish that Rex would do that." Margaret and Amber both thought.
Once again, there was no screaming. No creatures stirred or made a sound.
"I hate this feeling of dread walking like this." Rex's father announced.
"Indeed. It is absolutely terrible that because some couple can walk with people paying. How do you two fare in the Third Realm?" A voice asked.
"He did more than excellent!" The Rainbow Scaled Fish appeared.
Seeing the fish appear. The voice laughed harder than any creature screaming and it shook the stairway more than any stampede.
"It has been a Long Time, Sir Dragoon." The voice said.
"Indeed. Master Stairway." The fish replied.
Rex's father looked at the fish talking. He began to feel something about himself change.
"What is this?" Rex's father thought.
Master Stairway replied, "That is your Soul gaining strength. For someone who was a normal person to become a Cultivator. That is a feeling of strength that you should never forget."
Looking at her husband, she began to have wonderful thoughts of her husband punishing evil and being a light that only belonged to her.
"Sweet dreams." Rex's mother thought.
Master Stairway decided not to comment on the woman's inward thoughts. He was actually pleased that the couple who he deemed unworthy was actually a great couple.
"May the Goddesses Bless you when you both have enough Soul Strength to form a Soul Mate. Now the time to leave is now."
The next second, they saw thousands of lakes. The Pegasus decided to head down and take a bath. They needed to cleanse themselves of the manly stains on them.
Upon landing, the Pegasus both went straight into the lake. No one understood why they went in.
"Well, we can talk about more serious matters I guess." Amber said.
Everyone looked at Amber. Margaret understood what she meant. Rex's parents did not and really was not interested.
"About becoming each other's Soul Mate." Amber begin.
"We are already married. I will not be forced to marry again." Rex's mother was stern.
"Ma'am, we are not forcing you to marry anyone else. What a Soul Mate is, is a marriage that links the Soul of each one together. A normal person cannot ever achieve such a feat. A girl who either can or has cultivated. Learns the process of Soul Mating, she learns it at the age of 14." Margaret replied.
"A marriage that links Souls?" Rex's mother questioned.
"Yes. These lakes in the Soldier Realm is where most Soul Mates are done. The new couple either enjoy the view or the fishing around this part. This is the only part where Cultivators are not allowed to do any damage or fight." Amber said.
Rex's mother looked directly at her husband. Seeing how quiet he was, she wanted his answer.
"Is it worth it Hubby?"
The husband looked his wife directly in the eyes. With a proud chest said, "Only if Mr. Oracle is allowed to perform the ceremony."
"We shall take a leave and visit our Masters. We will return shortly." Margaret and Amber replied.
"Come here." Margaret called.
The Pegasus came out of the water.
"These two will be riding on your backs for the night. Make sure to take them where they want alright."
The Pegasus began to sweat. They wanted to return to their bath.
Margaret and Amber left.
The Pegasus turned around and saw Rex's parents stripping.
"We will join you shortly." Rex's father said.
The Pegasus jaws dropped. They did not want them riding on them much less bathing with them.
"All done. Hubby grab one and I will the other."
The Pegasus cried while the manly scent covered one and the voice covered the other. They tried to think of a way to bring their mother down.
"Alas, children this is a trial only you two can achieve." The Pegasus heard.
It was not until Margaret and Amber came back that the couple got out with the Pegasus. The couple looked overjoyed. The Pegasus had seen hell's fury and came back.
The two had a nod agreement to not take another bath until they were separated from the crazy couple.
Everyone went and got a bite to eat. They passed by a certain area. Margaret asked for the Pegasus to set down.
Margaret and Amber led the Pegasus with Rex's parents still on them. To a post with a picture on it.
"Madam and Sir who does this picture remind you of?" Margaret asked.
The two looked at the picture of Rex. They could not recognize anyone who looked like that.
"You two do not think that this picture looks like Rex?" Amber asked.
"The facial look is like he was a teenager but the age difference is clearly there." Rex's mother said.
"I believe it is a different version of him. I truly do not know." Rex's father replied.
The group went to an inn.
Meanwhile
"That was weird to experience." Maximum said.
Demon and Life-giver both nodded. Knowing that Rex could not cultivate and now is. What Rex's father said also makes sense.
"Perhaps he did die. Being Reincarnated into himself in the past gave him the ability to cultivate." Demon spoke.
"Never heard of that before." Life-giver replied.
The three wanted to fight but they had already done too much damage with Rex. They did not want the same thing to happen again.
"We will have the Main Oracle to perform their Soul Mate. We will have to help them increase their Soul Strength. Are the two of you in agreement?" Maximum asked.
The two nodded. The three of them left.
Back at the inn
"Can we go to an arena and watch some people fight?" Rex's father asked.
"Sure we can but it will be brutal and death will be involved." Amber said.
Rex's mother did not want to watch people kill each other. She decided to stay in the inn with Margaret.
"We will only watch a single match." Rex's father said.
Rex's father and Amber left.
Amber walked forward with Rex's father cutting in front of several people.
"YOU WHORE! DO NOT THINK YOU CAN CUT IN LINE! I AM THE PRINCE OF." He shut up seeing the symbol of the Main Evil Sect.
Everyone around them, all went away. Not even the cultivators who wanted to participate stayed for the good night.
"Damn." Amber spoke.
"At least now the death toll will be less right?" Rex's father asked.
"Only if you decide to participate." Amber said.
He did. He explained that he was just a normal person certainly and gained the ability to cultivate.
"Congratulations sir. It is not only a privilege to have you fight but we will also have your fight a non-death battle. A person who just gained the ability to cultivate does not have much resources. I wish you luck sir."
He stepped into the arena and with the announcement of him becoming a cultivator from being a normal person. The crowd not only cheered for him but also made sure that he would win at least a couple of matches.
"I hope you go easy on me." Rex's father asked his opponent.
"I hope to teach you well sir." His opponent bowed.
