The shadowy figure ran out of the back of his building. Rex followed suit. In a second, Rex saw what looked like a modern city but for these shadowy figures.
Cars lined up for days that were covered in shadows. Buildings that reached high up into the sky. Semi trucks that had trailers that were three times the size of any normal Earth trailer.
Rex could not spend his time enjoying the view of this close to Earth view. He kept his thoughts on the shadowy figure. When Rex got the attention of the shadowy figure. A chase followed.
Rex could not go through the cars like the figure did. So Rex had to ran on top of the cars like an action thriller movie. Each step on the cars made the people inside complain.
It was not until a small shadowy figure saw Rex running on top of the cars that anyone said anything.
Meanwhile inside a dark room
"A human is chasing the Calamity Harbringer?" A voice asked.
"According to a small child." Another voice weakly answered.
In that second a figure appeared behind Rex in the form of one of the cars. When he saw Rex was indeed chasing the Calamity Harbringer. He was furious that the Harbringer would bring a human to this world.
"Find him." The voice commanded.
The shadows seemed to point to where the Calamity Harbringer was. They pointed to where he could get away.
That was because there was a semi there. Rex knew that he could not enter it. So he hoped that keeping his thoughts on him would allow his legs to stay out.
As Rex got closer to the semi. The shadowy figure indeed entered the trailer. To his surprise, he could not lift his legs into the trailer.
Rex smiled because the semi had stopped. Rex slid underneath the trailer and grabbed the legs of the shadowy figure.
The first thing the shadowy figure did was put his bag into the trailer. He hoped that he not get thrown out.
Rex did not care what the shadowy figure was going to do. He had enough time to completely make this semi belong above his head.
"I am going to use these legs and make this semi regret the choice it made in stopping." Rex kept this thought in mind.
A primal roar exited Rex. Lifting the semi was harder than what he thought. It felt like he was carrying a mother load on top of his back without having any strength.
Slowly the semi started but the tires spun. The semi was in Rex's control by the shadowy figures legs.
Even the the other shadowy figures began to speak about this human. This made several people mad.
"Spin the time faster." People shouted.
"We shall make the Calamity Bringer enter the Nine Realms!" Shadows echoed.
Rex using the force of the tires. Began to swing the semi in a circle. Albeit a very slow circle until he got his own speed faster than the semi.
The semi began to lift off the ground. In such a manner that buildings were no longer safe. The other vehicles became trashed. A dark black blood began to fill the street.
To Rex, this was nothing. All this was is a way to make the shadowy figure learn not to mess with his family.
When the semi landed on the top. The Calamity Harbringer lost not only his shadow but all of the pills in his collection.
Since Rex still had unto his legs, a bare skeleton lay bare for Rex to crush.
The skeleton had Calamity written on its forehead. Harbinger on a necklace, Rex stomped the skeletons head into oblivion. He remembered how badly he had to deal with them in the Demon Realm.
"HUMAN. HOW DARE YOU KILL THE CALAMITY HARBRINGER TO THE NINE REALMS! FEAR THE CALAMITY AND ITS SIBLINGS!"
At that moment, Rex did not feel like a human. He felt like a True Demon King. Yet, a mere spec of shadow dared to call him a human.
With a roar making even the Third Realm echo because the calamity was awakened. Everyone knew that Rex was not a human.
"A demon killed the Harbringer." The voice form earlier.
"PLEASE FORGIVE US! WE DID NOT KNOW!" The voice pleaded.
The voice felt that it had truly regretted what he had done. Now Rex was transforming into his Demon King of Annihilation.
A new primal roar was heard. This roar made everyone and everything halt. This was the roar of a Demon King of Annihilation.
"We truly have done wrong." The voice said sadly.
Three massive black shadows appeared. Each one looking at Rex. Their instincts told them to run but they were ordered to fight.
Now nothing was stopping Rex from closing the distance to the calamity and its siblings. Shadows cracked and cars kicked away. Any car trying to actually collide with Rex got punched.
Once again, blood began to fill the streets. No longer was the voice trying to hide its fault. Instead, trying to do whatever he could to save the calamity.
"EVERYONE WE NEED TO STOP THE DEMON KING OF ANNIHILATION!" The voice commanded.
Everyone closed their eyes darted to Rex. Rex was no longer trying to hide his anger nor his power. Slamming his tails in a unison manner, small fissures began to erupt in the shadows. Once enough fissures were open.
Rex darted to the calamity and its siblings.
Rex grabbed two shadowy horns and stomped on the third. Thus the calamity and its two siblings fell through to the Third Mortal Realm.
It had been nearly Six months since Rex had disappeared. Iris and Liz had both prayed to the Goddesses everyday in hopes that the man they loved was still in the Godly Realm.
Everyday, the Goddesses told the truth. This hurt them rather than lying. The duo felt how much pain the girls were in.
Rex's Nine Tailed Fox daughter had learned how to transform into him. Actually seeing a form of him, helped out in many ways. This was how Ophiuchus and Rex had done their trips around the Third Realm.
Whenever Rex had left the Third Realm. It was always dark and dreary. So dark that most people could not even see what was in front of them, much less with every fire lit.
When Rex exited the world with the calamity and its siblings. The sky finally became clear to see. Even Lilith finally exited the Demon Realm.
"TO ARMS AND CHARGE!" Lilith ordered.
