Chapter 370 Thanksgiving

The day went with the women telling the townsfolk to prepare for a celebration with different food. Thus each race took the day off their normal duties to prepare for the celebration.

Even with having a day to prepare, most of the townsfolk did not have any idea what their leader was planning. Even the human king had no idea.

The town had prepared a variety of sorts. Everything from wild beast meat to the juiciest fruit one could imagine times two.

The town even took the night to arrange a table and chairs for the leader and his women. The table was grand, each race had a part in it. The Soul Mate Skinwalkers had stayed in town because they were forced not to go by the others.

A table sparkling with Qi from each race was placed on the highest spot. A section was cut out for the human king and his women. A table next to them was placed for Gyuki and Tetsuo.

The rest of the tables were placed around the town. They were placed so that Rex could see them and they could see Rex. His seat was against an edge and no table was placed behind his.

The following morning, no breakfast was served in the house belonging to Rex. They were busy their dishes for the celebration.

Once the dishes were done, the women headed out to hurry with their dishes. The only one left in the house was Rex.

"I never truly understood the Thanksgiving until now." Rex thought.

He could see people trying to bring their dishes and hope that they were to Rex's liking.

Rex had asked Lilith for Demon Wine. Lilith was confused by this. She did bring enough for the town to have two glasses each. This nearly ran the Demon Realm out of this wine.

Rex got dressed. He decided to wear what Lilith had brought him from the Demon Realm.

"This looks like a Demon Butler Assassin suit." Rex giggled.

A silky black suit with a red and black bowtie. The pants being very slim almost to the point of being too tight. The coat had pockets for any kind of weapon or tissue that the master wanted.

What truly made this stand out. The back of the suit which has written on 'Belongs to the most powerful person and with even more powerful women'.

Rex could not help but smile joyfully at this coat. He wore it with pride. He stepped out and felt a breeze come through.

"No wonder the Americans always did this in fall." Rex wondered.

He continued his journey. He was more than ready to showcase his wonderful suit to his people.

When he began to walk closer to his spot. Not a Soul dared to get within talking range. Rex kept his joyful smile.

He finally started up the the tallest point. The people began to walk out of the alleys. This was to make sure he was walking in that direction.

When he finally reached the top. Lilith came from behind. Her dress resembled a black dragon. Both figuratively and metaphorically, the dress started on her breasts and twisted to the ankles. The dress had shapes like scales on it the head was a smiling Lilith.

Rex, of course loved the dress, upon seeing the beauty his Soul Mate was kissed her in front of everyone.

"My Beautiful Demon Wife. I am proud to have you in being my Soul Mate." Rex loudly chanted.

The other women began to walk around the top.

"My Beautiful Watery of Emotions, Iris. I am proud to have known you since I was extremely little." Rex again chanted loudly.

Iris blushed intensely at Rex's statement.

"My Beautiful Fiery of Emotions, Liz. I am proud to have you by my side when things need a little more burning." Rex tried to keep the rhythm going but could not.

Liz felt that her insides were being torn apart by Rex's statement. She wanted to make him feel a little of that burn.

"My Beautiful Nature to explore, Violet. Although you have always been the sight of not interested. You have always been there for me when I truly needed you." Rex wanted to continue but Violey stopped him.

The blush on her face was enough to realize how much she did not want him to finish.

Rex lowered her hands and gently kissed her forehead. She could not contain the embrassassing moment she had and quickly hid behind Iris and Liz.

"The Maids of Honor and Justice, Amber and Margaret. The two of you have always tried to make things go. Here we are today making things go." Rex saw blinking eyes.

"My Maid of pure love and devotion, Bella. I have not had you for long but you have been faithful to me from the moment I entered Lilith's house. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You and please continue to keep your devotion strong."

Bella was on the verge of tears.

"The Sexy and always charming, Nine Tailed Queen. We had an unexpected first child together. I cannot express how happy I was to know that you got pregnant. When the child was born, I was happy beyond belief. At the same time, my heart was also in shreds. A promise to have all of my children born together could not be kept. Watching our child now, it had made me realize how precious life truly is. I want you to always remain there in my heart, so please wait until I can have my children with the others before you ask for another." Rex finished.

The Nine Tailed Queen could not contain the happiness in her Soul. It was truly evident in her tails and ears. The Foxmen silently cheered for their mother.

"Although there are others who need to hear the news I need to say. They have places to visit and people to see."

The crowd got closer. To get a better view and to know what was coming up.

"Here today, we celebrate not only Life as it is currently but the future that is not known. Whatever may happen, let it happen so that we can pass this tradition down in the City of Eden, where we will always fight for what is inside these walls. Spread the good cheer around with Thanksgiving and a joy to share with each."

This was passed down through all the kings and queens through the years to come. People watched in awe as humans ate joyfully with Beastmen and Beastmen were happily indulging in conversation with whoever was next to them.

On the first day, the grandest table was placed on the highest spot and was reserved for the grandest person in the people's eyes, Red. This was their way of always thanking him even when he could not be there.
