Chapter 547 Hurt

The person who gave the chant could feel the connection with the people and beasts that she gave. In that moment, a tear fell from her left eye. It was nothing noticeable. However, to her it felt like something had truly been lost.

"What has happened?" She thought as the second tear fell from her left eye.

She thought about the chant. There should not have been anything special about it. In the moment that she spoke about her Darling. That was the straw that made her know something special had connected her to someone.

"Someday, we will be fated to meet. As I am right now, I cannot afford to meet him." She cried.

She left once her part of the Fifth Realm was healed. Once she returned to the Heavenly Realm. As if a tear happened through her entire body happened. She could not bear it.

She grunted as she tried to get inside a room. Once she had sealed the room, she cried her heart out. She had never felt like that before. Even when her Darling died, she could not afford to cry. Here, she had to absolutely cry her heart out.

Meanwhile

Rex was pouring his tears put. It was as if someone or something entered him and he could not afford to miss something. When chant happened, Rex was hurt. What he did not know was that the other party was finally pouring her heart out as well.

"Please. I do not want to feel like this." Rex said.

A voice whispered, "Help me meet La Vie."

In that moment, another life seemed to go through Rex's eyes.

In a vast expanse of fields

A little girl seemed to be enjoying her time picking flowers for her mom and dad. The entire field currently seemed safe. Nothing would cause a sad moment to happen.

A majestic roar happened in the sky. The little girl not knowing to be afraid saw a massive beast land. Although the beast died. The other was in the sky barely living.

Once the beast saw the little girl. It wondered why she was not afraid of the falling beast. The beast landed and locked eyes with the girl.

"Human Girl why are you not afraid?" The beast said.

"My name is La Vie. Can I know your name?" She spoke with pride.

The beast laughed, "I have never heard of a name like that. I am a mix of wyvern and dragon blood. A failure to achieve greatness and have a great family." The beast said.

"What about becoming my Darling?" She asked.

The beast had no way to describe the girl in front of him. Even humans would be afraid. Here somehow a girl not even five years old was not afraid.

"Sure." The beast said.

She made the beast follow him. Once they reached her village, not a single person was afraid of the beast. It was not a hidden fate of dying in the village either.

It was as if the village itself had no fear of even great beasts living so close. The beast was afraid. It could tell that even the greatest of beasts were naturally helped.

As if the village was protected and nothing could harm it. A single person followed the beast tracks.

Slowly the person found the village. It seemed like something out a novel for him. There were beasts of great variations in the midst of the village the beast that he was tracking.

The girl happened to be at the gate. She was enjoying the view currently. She was truly someone who loved the life she was living.

She had no worries and unbeknownst to her. The Will of the Heavenly Realm was slowly developing within her. Something that does not happen but only within that single family.

The man came up to the gate. He was ready to protect the girl from an angry beast. When he noticed that no fear was in her eyes. He slowly began to watch the village. He saw how peaceful the entire village was.

"This is not POSSIBLE!" He broke entirely.

Beasts like these should only exist at the perimeter of the Realm. Yet, these beasts are naturally close to big cities. Nothing is being done to them.

The girl seemed to notice a problem. She went to find the man. When the girl approached the man. He felt threatened. He tried to attack her.

In that moment, her darling came and protected her. Not out of peace of mind that the beast was currently having, out of obligation because the girl became afraid.

The other beasts also came. Everyone circled the man. Even the village came out with their hoes and rakes. They were going to kill the man who made the girl feel afraid.

The man was tasked with killing the beast, yet this village was protecting that same beast who was protecting that girl. In that moment, he did something that most would try to do.

He grabbed the while being attacked and used a teleportation scroll to go back to his Sect.

The beasts and village charged to the closest Sect. It was a week journey for the people and beasts. They were going to slaughter that man and whoever blocked them from their girl.

In the next few days, the man tried to understand the girl. She was too angry to answer the man. The night of the seventh day being in the Sect.

The village and beasts attacked the Sect. The village people made the disciples afraid of using their power until several of them had died.

People began to cry as they launched their attacks. Even with the full power of the Inner Disciples and Direct Disciples of the Sect. The village people were unaffected. The disciples began to die quicker.

The Sect Masters went to the man.

"Elder, there is not a lot of time. We need to leave with whoever we can in order to rebuild the Sect."

The man asked what was going on. In that moment, the beast that he was sent to kill destroyed the building that he was in.

The girl happily ran to her darling. This shocked every Elder and Sect Master. Beasts should be big and scary and even one of this magnitude was even scarier.

"Leave!" The Sect Masters roared.

As disciples, Elders, and the Sect Masters left. They were completely afraid of dealing with the aftermath.

Several birds left the top of the tallest building in the Sect. Each bird carrying an important message. Several attacks from the remaining disciples got misdirected and killed the birds.

Here, the girl was not allowing her family to be killed. That was her undoing in the end.
