POV Georgiana
The Devil King entered my room with the smugness that he usually does. That is what ticks me off about him. Oh, he is the Devil King of my previous world. Since we moved across worlds, he gained access to them.
That is how he managed to survive. Hearing his voice again after so long, it felt like a peace had entered once again.
I felt that was strange. Devils, demons, and whatever else that there might be should not do that. I guess since he was part of our world. That was giving me the peace to know that more of my people were still alive.
I healed Zahida beside me. I should have awakened my new husband first but knowing that one of us could be hurt worst. I knew how most men would think.
Zahida recovered but was still weak. I hoped that she did not suffer much. I felt it, the awakening of a slumbering dragon. It affected my Soul, yes my husband was trying to awaken himself.
Why do I think my husband is a dragon? It is the first thing that honestly could began to describe him. Powerful, lazy when he wants, he already has riches and still gains more, the most important his eyes. It makes people think that he needs more. In all reality, he just wants more either to help protect the ones that he needs protected or he wants more to grow the Nine Realms.
"I love my husband." I thought.
When he fully awakened, he was talking with the devil-like creatures. I felt my heart flutter. Not because of my selfish desires but he was trying to help more children and get the smell down quicker.
What my husband did is something so special. I felt my insides tingle with happiness.
As we continue looking around. The Devil King finally left. While we were getting a steady stream of children who would help the Nine Realms. I wonder what my husband was going to do.
I did not try to fight with him or against him. I just allowed him to lay beside me and Zahida. Although, the bed sheets needed changed. Right now, he was holding us with pleasure.
I knew from that moment on. I could not even try to leave his side even if I wanted to.
Rex began to tell us about his dreams. Everything from getting his other Soul Mate Quests done to wiping out the Shadow People. I had no idea what Quests were but Zahida was surprised.
"You mean that Husband has an extraordinary person watching him?!" Zahida exclaimed in surprisement.
"Extraordinary person?" I asked Zahida.
Zahida began to explain that in the Royal Family library three people had extraordinary gifts. First person, had gifts of strength and weapon knowledge. The second person, had gifts of martial arts. The last person had no gifts to begin with. This was conformed by several people. Finally, someone blessed the person.
Once the blessing was done, he could get random Quests to become stronger. I felt that was indeed my husband. While we listened, Rex began to feel like something was crawling up his spine.
We checked it and found an amazing spider figure on his back. It looked similar to the one that was described in our ancient texts.
The spider having long legs, appears like a shadow that only that person can feel, a symbol of peace on the abdomen, and blue dots for eyes while the teeth are colored black. This spider is also the one who supposedly helped our last blessed person.
People have not been able to give this spider a name because we had several meanings for peace. The peace symbol was a mix of world peace and after a war of peace.
This peace was typically known has After World War Peace. It could be said that our world will be going to war. This meant that our people will be going to war. We need to prepare for the worst case scenario.
Zahida nodded at me. I knew what that nod meant. It meant that she would take care of the people details while planning how to advance herself.
The good thing about the area we live in is that we can advance without the use of the Stairway. It is indeed a lot harder to advance but it is better than having to leave and find the way back.
Like a shadow, the spider disappeared. We knew that it meant to provide better for our people.
A kiss happened between Zahida and Rex. It made my heart ache. I knew that this happens when people get big harems. That is also why people like him can do it because he changes the whole outcome of the harem.
Since he would have probably thirty women in the harem. Since he was having ten Soul Mate, he needed at least five concubines, a maid for each woman and that totals thirty.
What I want is that Rex holds me dearly each day. What my Zahida wants is to be loved and know that she is loved.
It is hard having a man who will love both sides at the same time. That is even harder for a man to give his all to every woman. Since we knew that being where we were.
We would give our all to him even if he could not always give it all in front of us. That is why I want him to do what me wants. That is the best way for him to be able to love everyone.
As I looked into Zahida's eyes. I also saw that look that she too wants him to do what he wants. I knew that this was the perfect time to tell him.
"Since the children are asleep, I want you to know. That whatever you want to do, you have our full support. So please try to not hurt out feelings while you are flirting with every woman out there please." I asked.
"I can interact with women. Something draws me to the women whom seem to have either troubles or look sad. I usually see the brighter side of them afterwards." Rex responded lovingly.
Tears rolled down my face. I could tell that he was indeed telling the truth. I felt more at peace knowing that he was doing the best he could while trying to help those who needed it.
"We love you, Rex." I told him.
