"What secret?"

"Well...your relationship with him, I won't tell anyone."

Blake and Marissa knew each other since they were young, but one accident cost Blake his chances at being with Marissa. So against his better judgement, in order to be near her, he agreed to be her best friend.

Ten years later, using the pressure his family imposed upon him to get married. Blake concocted a plan to enlist Melissa's help. Her role was to play as his wife.

Winter was focusing on the doctor's explanation while Marissa's eyes were looking at the floor.

"There is nothing wrong with her. So far, everything looks fine. Just need to make sure she eats well and has a healthy lifestyle." The doctor explained while looking at the screen.

Winter nodded as a gesture she understood.

Going out from the doctor's room, Winter's phone rang. Wanda's number appeared. She had called in the morning several times, worried about her daughter's condition.

Yesterday, Winter did call her telling about the thing that was happening and after Wanda had talked to Marissa, she finally agreed to have a full check up.

"Hmm...yup…no...nothing wrong...you just need to relax. She is okay." Winter replied to every question Wanda threw while glancing at her niece who was still keeping her mouth silent.

"Aunt…" Marissa opened her mouth all of a sudden with her eyes looking at the end of the hallway.
