Not only was Seb stunned even Whitney, who was picking up the paper, paused her action. She could explain why he would suddenly give a job to her.


Whitney knew he just wanted her to struggle with no results, but if this could save her life and that of her siblings, she would give her best. But getting a job was beyond her imagination. She felt her ears play tricks on her until she heard Seb's voice.


"So I am not the only one hearing things," she thought. When Kevin heard Seb, he did not bother to repeat himself. He just glared at him and continued his work.


Seb swallowed, feeling scared, "Miss Warmer, let's go," he said as he turned around. Whitney picked up the papers on the floor and followed after him.


"Oh, there is a party this evening. Get ready to attend. I have a customer I would like you to entertain. You seem to be a good match for him," Kevin's voice sounded when she got to the door.
