The air inside the room froze as Li Kai stared at his lover with a hint of pain flashing past his eyes. He finally let go as his hands fell to his sides. He looked both pained and helpless. Even the Yu family didn't know what was going on as Mother Yu turned her head and glanced in Li Kai's direction in a puzzled manner.
