Joining a Sect (2)

"So let's go to our sect, sect leader~"

Mu Chen said those words in a teasing manner and it was successful as nerves started popping out on the heads of old man

"Just follow me!!!"

He shouted in annoyance and took out his flying Sword from his space ring

The ring had the same function as System storage, which helped him store non living things, but the difference between system storage and Space ring was like heaven and earth

System space had unlimited storage while the ring only had space of 10 cubic metres

Mu Chen continued to tease him and also took out a flying Sword, flying Swords were broader compared to ordinary Swords and very light

So it was much easier to gain footing with flying Sword, Mu Chen picked up Luo xi who was staring at Mu Chen's flying Sword which was floating in air

The Masters in sect are also divided as outer sect instructor, outer sect elder, inner sect elder, peak master and sect master

There are also two guardians of sect but they won't come out till sect is in danger

Just then the Old man also instructed Mu Chen, Mu Chen looked and saw what was below him

'This sect? It's quite big, almost as big as a town... and quite grand too...'

The sect was on top of a high peak mountain, surrounded by various high peaks covered in clouds and fogs

The old man started to brag about his sect with pride in his face, Mu Chen just heard him silently with a little smile

With that both lowered themselves preparing for landing in the middle of sect

"Sect leader you are finally here!!!"

Mu Chen gave them a big sincere smile, all of the people gathered there covered their eyes unable to absorb such brightness

All the people gathered there and had faces red as a tomato and with the thought of

Seeing the faces of many females gathered there suddenly Luo xi hugged Mu Chen's leg and said

The old man escorted Mu Chen to another peak, as Mu Chen and an old man arrived there many people were already gathered there, as they saw an old man all said in the same tone

The old man just waved his hands accepting their greetings and said

"Today we are getting a new master here, I called you to witness his assignments to avoid troubles later, any problem?"

"Absolutely Not!!!"

All of them replied at the same time, the old man nodded and said "Mu Chen this assignment will decide your position in sect

It is divided into 3 parts, first one is strength, then willpower and finally your knowledge, all of them will be taken with the help of artifacts to avoid arguments!"

Mu Chen came out and replied in a neutral tone "No problem!"

As he said those words once again like previously all attention was gathered on him,

Many female disciples and masters blushed seeing him, everyone appreciated his behaviour and nobody seemed to have any problem with him

'If I was a solo protagonist, I'm sure at least one guy among them would have shouted at me without any proper reason...'

Mu Chen looked at people gathered there and smiled and greeted them with gestures, the people gathered there and also returned Mu Chen's greetings

The old man then announced "Then let's start with your test of strength, fight with these Spiritual puppets according to your strength you will be given evaluation from 1 star to 9 Star..."

As the old man said these 9 wooden puppets in human-like figures appeared on the stage in front of Mu Chen

Mu Chen nodded and went to stage, the whole stage was surrounded by people gathered there, everyone was curious about Mu Chen

On old man's command the eyes of spiritual puppets glowed in green light and all of them rushed at Mu Chen

'8 of them seems like around Peak Master grade and 4 at Intermediate Grandmaster level... hmm let's do some show off!'

Mu Chen analysed all of the wooden puppets and saw Luo xi's eyes who were filled with confidence that Mu Chen will win

As he saw that a grin appeared on his face and he took out his sword from his scabbard

He dodged a kick and punch from two of Peak master grade puppets and next moment his sword moved like wind dividing both of them in two parts

"What?"

"He just sliced peak master level Spiritual puppets like butter!!!"

"Such smooth sword movements..."

"Is he also the most powerful Martial Grandmaster?"

"Even I as a Stage 6 Martial Grandmaster can't see through his strength!?"

The peoples gathered there went to chaos but next moment Mu Chen blurred a little and 5 more Peak level puppets fell on ground divided into pieces

A disciple near an bulky middle aged man commented, the middle aged man looked at him while shaking his head and said

Another female elder besides him commented with an amazed face

As Disciples near them heard them, shivers and goosebumps ran all over their bodies, and they looked at Mu Chen with admiration

"Don't you think he is moving in a quite weird way, and why is smiling as if he's enjoying it"

Another old Elder said with his hands on his long beards, a disciple near him commented

"It's almost as if he's dancing...?"

His words gathered attention of others and they looked at Mu Chen with more attention and nodded with sweats on their faces

And next moment suddenly all the puppets attacked at same time, Mu Chen grinned and jumped in air and with a flip he moved his sword in a circular way making a beautiful arc in bright sunlight

With that he put his sword back in scabbard and all the puppets got blasted at same time

"Then let's move to the next assignment..."

Mu Chen said as he came down from stage while looking at old man
