"Cough!!! Well let's just put these quests for the future... Damn my liver stings!"

Xi Shi and Ye Xiaobo immediately rushed in to support Mu Chen

Mu Chen was immediately escorted inside and shortly after Xi Shi also returned to her Immortal Peak filled with motivation

Here Ye Xiaobo and other subordinates guarded Mu Chen with their best capabilities, with Mu Chen being inside his mansion, he managed to fully recover easily and at much faster pace

It's been a few days since Mu Chen's complete recovery, as he was enjoying the view of the waterfall, Ye Xiaobo arrived behind him to make a report

"Young Master I have gathered all the important missions we can currently take from the mission hall,

The first one is about the Investigation in Starlit Embrace Realm that comes under our Immortal Holyland, there seems to be some kind of treasure emerging there

The second mission is about capturing or killing a rogue Immortal running wild in outer areas of Immortal Void Holyland's territory

The third is about securing the 'Immortal Orchid Essence' from the forbidden territory of Void Valley on the outskirts of our territory and nex-!"

"No need to say more, I'm taking the third mission"

Mu Chen stopped at Ye Xiaobo and made his decision, Mu Chen grabbed the scroll containing details about mission

'Retrieving this from forbidden territory, it means there will be few more forces that will be joining in the competition and forbidden territories are already usually filled with various immortal beasts so danger increases even more

My task isn't just getting the essence, it is to bring it to the Holyland hmm, but the best thing in mission is it was requested by Alchemy Lord, I'm sure to gain some sort of favour from him...'

Mu Chen smirked and next moment suddenly a huge Dragon started to descend from the skies, Ye Xiaobo saw Mu Chen and immediately questioned in panic

"Young Master! Going there alone is dangerous! Let me accompany you at least!"

Mu Chen just shook his head and with a smile jumped over the head of the dragon and replied

"Danger is filled in my whole life you don't need to worry about me, instead try to increase my reputation inside through rumours..."

"Raaaaaaawwwwhhhhhhh!!!"

The Dragon roared in thunderous noise and immediately took off a flight and both Mu Chen and Dragon vanished into clouds in matter of seconds

In a few hours Mu Chen noticed the border of the said forbidden territory of Void Valley, there was clear seperation in border

On Mu Chen's side the place was filled with greeneries and soothing Immortal energy while just on other side the place was filled with dark mist like some sort of calamity has passed by it

"Return"

Mu Chen just commanded his dragon and jumped down from dragon, the dragon immediately vanished into skies while Mu Chen slowly descended into land of forbidden territory

'Hmm!?'

"The gravity increased!? And the flow of energy here is complete mess... It's filled with evil energy, even time space is completely chaotic!?"

Mu Chen was completely surprised seeing an incredible difference between two lands just a few dozen meters away from each other

As Mu Chen moved his gaze around Mu Chen noticed the place was filled carcasses of monsters and humans at certain distances and with cultivation here flying in forbidden territory was absolutely impossible

"Well it's still not much... I have a fair share of walking experience myself... But this place... isn't it the best for my footwork training"

Mu Chen muttured that and continued on his way as he activated his newest and best footwork technique in his possession gained from his Clan

As Mu Chen activated the footwork it felt like space around him has started to create space for Mu Chen, it felt like just one step will slide him hundreds of meters away

Mu Chen suddenly activated his mystical skill too, now it felt like he was also teleporting while doing a ice sliding exercise

Mu Chen kept going further and further inside the forbidden territory in same way until he didn't sense an arrow rushing towards him

Mu Chen grabbed the arrow with bare hands and looked towards the direction from where arrow came from through his Immortal eyes

"Using space against someone like me, are you really seeking death in here?"

Mu Chen muttured that and next moment his gaze noticed the archer almost few miles away looking at him with scared eyes

The archer there was wearing a darkish robe with quite wild appearance but right now his eyes were filled with fear watching Mu Chen in such a cold mood

"H-he is coming..."

The archer couldn't help to mutter while shivering with fear, there were a few people dressed in similar manner besides him and as they heard him all looked forward but couldn't see anything what he saw and just questioned in confusion

"Who is coming?"

"Why are you acting like this?"

"Anyways, you didn't miss that guy you were shooting right?"

"Hey... You are scaring me?! Why are you acting like this..."

Everyone slowly started to feel a little insecure seeing archer behave like this and slowly the glowing pupils of that archer started to widen with fear as he muttured

"He will kill us all... He is a -!? Kuh!!!"

"Devil~"

Before archer could finish his words Mu Chen finished him off with his sword passing right through his throat as he came out right through space in front of that group of assauler
