Sacred Peak (1)

"So this is a new residence as a Sacred Disciple huh..."

Mu Chen muttered that as he was standing in air in front of a peak so grandiose and rich that it could almost rival those of Grand Elders of the Holyland

Mu Chen had been provided with a 'Sacred Peak' which was a straight peak towering into the skies and clouds filled with incredible greeneries and also included dozens of enormous floating islands around it and

There were already several enormous magnificent buildings and halls spread throughout the Sacred Peak

Starting with a grand entrance at bottom of the peak leading all the way up through stairs, except for Elders and Core Disciples a few people above them, all others of Holyland needed to walk through those stairs to reach Mu Chen

Followed by that were several training ground, alchemy halls and such everywhere, then Artifact Respiratory where artifacts were stored with multiple levels

At top of peak among the clouds was Mu Chen's inner chamber where he has already moved in along with his Heavenly Blue Phonix Mansion

The place was filled with extremely precious herb gardens, with serene points and dedicated flowers and greeneries among the clouds

The place gave absolutely astonishing views from the clouds, Mu Chen was greeted by the first ray of sun and last sunset everyday here

The territory of that Sacred Peak alone was as big as a huge city in a radius of several dozens of miles and all of Mu Chen's subordinates have moved in with Mu Chen's orders

Hao Meng, Gong Xiaoling and Yuan Zhu were still living in their own Celestial Peaks, which were comparable to Mu Chen's Sacred Peak but what made Mu Chen's Peak superior was Divine Aura

The Sacred Peak absolutely filled with Divine Aura that could provide efficiency 50% more than that of Immortal Aura in other Immortal and Celestial Peaks and not to mention the enlightenment and insights one gains just by simply living in here

"Ah~ this is what I live for~ did your cooking skills become better?"

Xi Shi was seen eating up various dishes with a pillar of empty bowls and plates besides her while Mu Chen was just cooking continuously with his immortal flames to heat and immortal herbs and such ingredients to cook

"Well I started some serious alchemy these days, so I guess I did increase my knowledge of flames and ingredients..."

Mu Chen just said that and next moment another big serving of soup appeared right in front of Xi Shi which she immediately started to gulp down like some chibi cat

"Ha~ sometimes I think you are with me just for food"

Mu Chen released deep breath and sat beside her and grabbed his barbequed streak with some sauce over it and just as he had finished cutting it his gaze suddenly moved over to Xi Shi besides him with sparkling eyes and drool on her face

"What kind of fool are you!? Goddammit! The food you ate is enough for the whole village to eat for 3 days you know!?!"

"This is the last, promise!"

Mu Chen sighed and just passed off the streak to her and from his back took out another extra luxury streak with wide grin on his

"Fu fu~"

Both grinned with bright faces and next immediately took the bite of the streak and drowned in immense juices and luxury of the food

"Fufufu~ this is to die for~"

Both commented and continued on with bright smiles and went on for another round of delicacies and after finishing up all both were seen lying flat on ground with full stomach and melting faces

"Burp~ Aaaah~ Life~"

Mu Chen and Xi Shi both watched the sky while lying on soft and cool grass and just then suddenly Xi Shi stood up and commented

"Oh! Right! I almost forgot to tell you, they might be getting here anytime now!"

Mu Chen heard her and in blink he also jumped back and with blank eyes just questioned

"Back who?"

"Ah, the 12 Demons we brought from mortal world, the Clan has been taking care of them for a while now, I got news that they have already passed the Immortal King Realm, they were ready to be about to come here so Senior Cheng Qi went to bring them a few days ago, must be coming anytime now"

Mu Chen heard it and nodded with a little nostalgic eyes

As Mu Chen thought that suddenly the space around Mu Chen and Xi Shi suddenly formed a ripple and Cheng Qi, the Xi Shi's Guardian was seen coming out with bright face
