Wendy

Eric went back to his room feeling tired, he just arrived today and he had to attend the meeting his father held, to know what had happened during his absence, the meeting took hours, draining the remaining energy he had left, he was grateful when the meeting was over, he hurriedly left before his father would need him,

He opened his door to see a redheaded girl seated at the edge of the bed with her back facing him,

"Wendy," he called making the girl turn to look at him with the cutest smile Prince Eric has ever seen,

She had Ruby red hair that tumbled over to her shoulder, with an short thin figure and glossy skin, a pair of slender arched eyebrows, and velvety eyelashes, her smile revealed her little shiny white teeth,

She ran towards Prince Eric as they both began to kiss each other passionately,

"I missed you so much," Prince Eric let out, kissing her more passionately than before,

"I miss you more, but you're married to someone else now," she said, declining his kiss with her face looking down

"it's for the kingdom and my father not for love," prince Eric apprised her holding her chin to move her face upward,

"you're still the most beautiful girl I know and the one that I love with all my heart,"

"what about your new wife," Wendy inquired curiously

"you don't have to worry about her I have already informed her not to expect much from me," Prince Eric informed her making her face lit up as she gave him a quick kiss before starting to remove her dress,

"I hope you're not too tired," she asked hugging naked,

"I can never be tired when it comes to you," prince Eric said before dragging her to the bed,

"What's your name," I asked the man that was helping me search for my dog,

"It's Duncan," he told me proceeding with the search,

"my name is Zara, how are you sure my dog went this way?" I asked lifting the branch that obstructed my way,

"just following my instincts," he told me shrugging his shoulders,

"has it ever worked for you," I asked with curiosity

"a lot of time, I won't say all," he told me,

"Are you sure your instincts are correct this time," I inquired

"don't you believe in luck,"

"no..., I believe in God,"

"Well, thanks for making me the perfect sinner here,"

"I wasn't trying to criticize you," I told him, so he won't get me wrong,

"I know... What the hell...," he screamed, stopping in his track,

"what's wrong," I asked looking at him, but he seems to be concentrating on something else, as turn to see what it was,

"oh... my God," I whispered, bulging out my eyes to see so many dead people bodies, hanging in the air, Duncan suddenly drew out his sword from his sheath making me back away in fright

"you still think I'm trying to hurt you," he inquired with a questionable look,

"you can't expect me to trust you within an hour, who knows if this is your handwork," I told him, still moving backward,

"the sword is in case of danger, we won't be attacked unaware, I don't kill for fun, I kill for honor, anybody who has the heart to kill this amount of people and hang their body in the forest is obviously doing it for fun or maybe a ritual," he explained, looking at the scene hideously,

"are we going to go further," I had to ask him after seeing him moving towards the place.

"of course or are you scared," he taunted, with a smirk on his face,

"can't you see over there is filled with dead bodies what is something just creeped out and attack us I'm not going any further with you," i informed him, turning my back to leave the place.

"ha you don't want to get your dog anymore,"

"my dog can't possibly be in this type of... wait that's my dog," I told him pointing at Alf that was tied near a tree.

"We need to be very careful when we're trying to get him and when I tell you to run you better run," he instructed me, as I nodded my head finding a stick to pick up in case I need to protect myself,

we walk quietly, looking at all our angle for any unseen attack, my dog seems to be praying for us to get to him quickly as he gave a soft whine looking at us in a sad face, I feel pity for him who knows what he had been going through,

"Duncan suddenly stopped me from moving,

"what's wrong," I whispered, afraid that I might awake something more dangerous, everywhere was suddenly filled with fog making us unable to see clearly, and venomous snakes began to come out of the dead bodies

"We need to leave this place, it's not safe to go..., Zara," I ran to my dog, quickly pulling off the rope they had used to tie it,

Duncan help me in killing the snake that almost bit me, helping me to get up as we began to run,

The snakes was still chasing after us, they seem to be catching up with us, Duncan suddenly stop running, turning to face them,

"Are you crazy, do you think you can fight off a thousand venomous snakes or do you just want to die stupidly, and let everyone call it brave,"

"I never talk about dying, this thing isn't ready to back down with a fight and that's what I'll be given them," his response was the most annoying thing I've ever listened to,

" you're stupidly crazy,"

" run,"

" I'm not leaving you here to die for me, idiot," I exclaimed, feeling very pissed off,

"I said run," he was starting to look scary, all his eyes were black like he was about to unleash something,

" be safe," I told him before running away with bingo

Prince Eric was stroking Wendy's hair, admiring how beautiful she was, they had been lovers since when they were fourteen, Wendy has been very supportive of his decision, and even when he finally agreed to marry Zara, her eyes began to open slowly,

"don't you want to sleep," Wendy questioned, giving him a soft smile,

"how do you expect me to sleep, when I have such beauty by my side," he said, making Wendy blush, giving him a lopsided grin and fluttering her eyelashes, they the couples were about to kiss but was stopped by Gunther entering his room,

I'm sorry my prince, I should have knocked before coming in," Gunther apologies turning his face to the door, as prince Eric start putting on his clothing,

"What is the emergency about," prince eric inquired curiously

"We found Princess Zara running out of the woods,"

"she just spent her first week in Baneria and she's already in trouble twice,"

"to show you how terrible she is already," Wendy piped up out, with hatred for Zara,

"it good the prince loves me not her," she said to herself, rubbing prince Eric's chest as he began to put on his cloth,

"Are you leaving," she asked, keeping a sad pouting face,

"I'm sorry, but I have to go and check if she's okay, don't worry, I promise to come back when I'm done with her," prince Eric informed her, also looking sad as he kissed her before leaving the room with Gunther,
